  Where do I even begin?! My girls have been coming to KinderCare since 2022, and from the moment I walked in the facility, I knew I had found a gem. From the ladies in the front to the teachers in the back, they always make my girlies feel so welcome. I have to give a quick shout out, though, to Ms. Jones, Ms. Ty and Ms. Peggy who consistently go above and beyond. There is truly no better feeling as a parent than dropping off your child to a place that you know they will be safe at. Lake Harbin KinderCare, from the bottom of this mama’s heart, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO! It does not go unnoticed. 🤍

  This KinderCare facility has been the most refreshing, caring, and organized school-based environment for my sonshine over the past year and a few months. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms and understanding, and we have truly felt like family ever since. Miss Towannda, the Assistant Director, always greets my son with a warm welcome—and a math problem! 😂 That’s their thing, and I absolutely love it. Miss Antoinette is always so warm, welcoming, and sweet. Miss Leila, the Director, is such a great steward of this facility. She truly represents what you want in someone leading a childcare center. She is wonderful with the children, and my son will occasionally walk right into her office just to tell her all of our business about what we did over the weekend! 😂 To me, that speaks volumes about their relationship. The fact that he feels comfortable and excited to go talk to both Miss Leila and Miss Towannda truly melts my heart. Miss Leila’s leadership also shows through her staff. Collectively, they greet parents and children with smiles and positive attitudes. The facility is clean, and the hallways and classrooms are filled with educational and engaging learning materials. Miss S., the lunch lady, may be soft-spoken, but she is such a kind woman. She always makes sure my son’s allergies are considered and never interfere with him receiving appropriate meals. As a parent, that level of care and attention means so much. Miss Kimmie and Miss Abby were his teachers in the 3’s classroom, and they were wonderful with my son and his classmates. The children were continuously learning, and even on the days when my son wasn’t having his best day, they knew how to redirect him, shift his focus, and help him work through it with patience. Having teachers who are patient, bubbly, positive, and who genuinely love what they do is incredibly important. Sadly, that can sometimes be hard to find—but not here. I have experienced challenges with other childcare facilities, but this has by far been the best home for my son. I am so thankful God led us here. Now my son is entering Pre-K, and I’m excited to watch him continue to learn, grow, and thrive beyond measure during this next chapter. Thank you to our KinderCare Lake Harbin family for loving my sonshine and for all that you do! ❤️

  My children have been attending this daycare for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The academic program is excellent, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the children’s learning and development. Everyone is kind, patient, and welcoming, and my kids have always felt safe and loved here. The staff is truly amazing, and I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing environment.

  I brought my grandson when he was 5 months old, and now, 9 years later, Ms. Leila still provides the same excellent care. She helped him adjust, always offers 5-star customer service, and greets everyone with a smile. We truly appreciate her dedication and kindness.

  While attending this center my baby had the best experience. Before I had her everyone told me if you want to know how they are treating your baby, watch how she responds to them. She was calling all her teachers mommy at some point and lit up when she saw Ms. Karen, Ms. Raine, and Ms. Tiffany. The management staff is sooooo friendly and solicitous!! I couldn't have trusted a better group of people to help raise and keep my baby. Shout out to everyone who contributed to her growth: Ms.Karen, Ms. Mary, Ms. Sam, Ms. Raine, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Johnson, Ms. Antoinette, Ms. Leila, and Ms. Tawanda. Additionally thank you to all the other ladies that helped in the Toddler room!! We miss them dearly, hate that we had to leave but duty calls.
