Great School I must say! Shout out to ALL the staff at this location for making me and my son feel like family! I love the communication that the teachers have with myself as a parent. I also love how when my son is at school I feel safe because I know that staff cares!! The doors are always locked when I arrive (which is a great sign of safety) The staff always greet me with a positive attitude! We need more caring people in the world like the staff here at Bentley Rd location! Thanks ladies for alllll yall do for me and my son!

My 4 children have been attending this center for the last three years and I couldn’t have picked a better place for my babies. Every teacher here is very caring and attentive. They’ve definitely become an extension of my family.

I’m very disappointed with the level of communication and attentiveness regarding my child’s health at KinderCare on Bentley Road. My child came home with a fever of 100.5°F, and I was not notified at any point that he was feeling sick. Fortunately, I picked him up early and was able to recognize that something was wrong. Had I not done so, I’m concerned he would have remained there until regular departure time while visibly uncomfortable and crying. This raises serious concerns about how closely the children’s health and well-being are being monitored by administration and staff. Parents should be promptly informed when their child becomes ill.

This is such a joyful place. We chose Bentley because there was more diversity than anywhere else we toured and we felt the ratio of structure to free play was well balanced. They're also open earlier than some other places which is really convenient for us. It's just a great place for kids to be kids and I feel confident that my child is in good hands.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this daycare! My son absolutely loves going every day, and one of the sweetest things is that he comes home talking about his teachers and classmates. Seeing how excited he is to go each morning gives us so much confidence that he's in a place where he feels safe, happy, and loved. Every time I walk through the doors, everyone greets us with a smile and is so kind and welcoming. I know working with young children is one of the toughest jobs, but the staff always shows so much patience, warmth, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do each day to help our son learn, grow, and thrive. Thank you for making such a positive difference in our family's life. We truly appreciate each and every one of you!
