  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my dad has received at this independent living facility, Laurel Grove. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely treats the residents like family. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is in such a caring and supportive environment. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Vicki for her exceptional kindness and dedication. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my dad is comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. Her patience, warm spirit, and genuine concern for the residents do not go unnoticed, and she has made a tremendous difference in my dad’s experience. Thank you to Mrs. Vicki and the entire team for creating a welcoming community where residents can truly feel at home. We are incredibly grateful for all that you do and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be cared for with compassion and respect.

  If I had to rate this gorgeous place it would be all 10’s! The building is top tier and the love shown from all employees but especially Mrs. Vicki the GM was so pleasant and helped us get answers we wasn’t sure on!! Please go and experience what could be your love ones new home!! Keep up the good work Laurel Grove

  A nightmare! I toured the facility with Micheal and initially thought it would be a great fit for my father as he transitioned from living independently. We paid the community fee and deposit and secured a future move-in date. Sadly, my father’s health declined, and he passed away before the move. I contacted Micheal to request a refund, as both fees were stated to be refundable in the signed agreement. What followed was months of back-and-forth with Micheal and the GM, disputing a refund clearly outlined in the contract. At one point, Micheal even left a voicemail that felt inappropriate and confrontational. This was all especially difficult while grieving my father. I ultimately escalated to corporate and received the refund, along with an apology. While I’m told the GM is no longer there, I’m surprised that Micheal is still there. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
