  In addition to an Alzheimer's diagnosis, my Dad is also a diabetic. It has made managing his health very challenging. The folks in the Reminiscence Neighborhood manage both so well. In coordination with the Wellness Nurse, they have answered and reduced my worries significantly. I highly recommend them!!

  I am happy with our experience at SunRise at Webb Gin.The caregivers are always very caring and kind.The thing that stands out to me is that all of them seem to take pride in What they do and and truly care about their residents and at the same time are having a good time doing it. It also speaks volumes that Jim,the director is most always visible and available to family members.The nurses Elizabeth and Dipika are very helpful.Iver all it is a great team.

  I knew when I walked into Sunrise Webb Gin that this would be the place for the husband. The first person I talked with on the phone met me to give me a tour of the facility. It felt like home. She was wonderful. She introduced me to many staff people and to Jim, the Executive Director. All were/are so nice. I told Jim that this was the place for the husband and after checking out a couple other places, I was back and the husband moved into a space that was just right for his needs. He has been there for amost 3 years and I have had peace of mind because I know that the husband is being taken care of properly. Everyone from the effecient med- techs who give the medicine, to the house keepers, the laundry persons, the caregivers (residents are checked on frequently during the day) the chefs and dining room staff and all who serve the resicents, the receptionists who greet us, Sunrise Webb Gin has the best. The nursing staff knows what to do and if there is an emergency, they take care of it and let me know. I have complete trust in them. The Sales Director and Activities Director are great. They are welcoming, warm and friendly make you feel incuded and welcome. The people at the reception desk are so good at what they do and that's a lot! There are a variety of activities so residents have a choice of things to do each day. There are beautiful gardens for people to relax in so they can be outside. Jim, the Executive Director, goes beyond the call of a mom! He makes sure the residents (and therefore the families) get the best care possible. He does things you'd never think of.... and he has a well run facility that has a sense of wellbeing and friendliness. There is such a good sense of community, a welcoming atmosphere, and people who work there to make sure that this sense of family is always there. I have confidence, faith and respect for these people who are caring for all these aging people - a group of people that takes special skills to care for, dedication and love. Sunrise Webb Gin has those people working there. It is the best! It's the safe home away from home!

  We made a great decision to move Dad into Sunrise at Webb Gin. He loved and enjoyed the residents and staff. He had a great quality of life there. It brought him many smiling times. He was well cared for and had lots of fun with the many activities. The excellent staff treated Dad like a member of their own family. We would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a home for your family member. Thank You from Cindy, Gary And our family

  My Mother spent a year at Sunrise. She loved the staff and really appreciated the attention given. Her health steadily declined due to her age, but her last year could not have been better. I highly recommend this facility.
