  y love my son’s school! The staff is friendly, caring, and always welcoming. My son is happy there, and I feel good knowing he’s in a safe and loving environment. Definitely recommend!

  We have had such a wonderful experience at The Learning Grove Academy! Our child is absolutely thriving, and it has been amazing to see how much they are learning, growing, and enjoying school. Ms. Chandler has been such an amazing addition to the school! She is caring, welcoming, and truly makes a positive difference. You can tell how much she cares about the children and families. We are so thankful for The Learning Grove Academy and the wonderful environment they provide for our child. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a place where their child can learn, grow, and feel loved! 💚🌳

  Jonesboro Academy is a wonderful childcare center! The staff is caring, welcoming, and truly dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Ms. Chandler, the director, does an amazing job leading the center and creating a positive experience for both families and staff. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the children and the quality of care they receive. I highly recommend Jonesboro Academy to any family looking for a loving and dependable childcare center!

  I had my 6mo and 18mo enrollment back in May and I was in love at first at the very beginning. The director and assistant director were amazing. My daughter loved the first two infant teachers (Ms. Ashley & Ms. Tawanna) but Ms. Ashley ended leaving and unfortunately the standard of care declined after her departure. Ms. Tawanna was extremely amazing with my daughter but unfortunately the other aids they had to help in her absence were not. I struggled writing this review because I didn’t want to seem unfair but after finding leftover poop in my daughter’s private parts then 2 days later picked her up with a crusty nose that hadn’t been wiped in hours, I unenrolled her immediately. These were most likely isolated incidents because the staff member they had seemed young and untrained but the directors were extremely apologetic about what happened with my daughter. But I do feel like the aids/substitute teachers need more training before they should be left alone with anyone’s kids. My son was in the 1yo classroom and grew to like his teacher Ms. Bre. She is more on the quiet side which I was scared of because I felt like my son needed someone more “bubbly” but she is a doll and he adjusted well with her personality. I ended up really appreciating her. On his last day enrolled there, he came home with a small burn mark on his arm and I couldn’t address it with anyone the next day because they had cancelled the 1yo class because the teacher called out (my final straw). I had tried to give the school some grace but ended up pulling my son out as well because of the constant staffing issues and not being able to accept my kids because they were short staff at least once a week. I’m hoping that has since been resolved because the facility is really clean and the directors and main teachers are really good. It’s just the aids that needed retraining.

  had a truly terrible experience with this daycare. From the start, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and seemed solely focused on money. Even if I had just a small balance, they refused to let my child attend, even on days I had off from paying. The older kids’ teachers were especially disrespectful—my daughter and niece both heard them using inappropriate language and saw them engaging in unprofessional behavior. There were multiple times I witnessed them playing explicit music while kids were outside, and one parent even approached me, stunned, and asked if I had heard what the staff was saying. My kids are often left feeling disrespected and unsafe. This is a completely untrustworthy environment, and I strongly advise other parents to avoid this daycare. They need immediate changes, or better yet, a full closure.
