  Employees are kind and compassionate. Front desk associates are awesome!! Memory care associate Willis goes over and beyond regarding my husbands care!! Great job Manor Lake

  Beautiful community. Tammy is an asset to Manor Lake and quite frankly the face of it. The cottages are gorgeous. Highly recommend this community.

  Manor lake could be a wonderful place to care for your loved one with the right management team. Unfortunately Sherry and Pam lack in the management department severely. My mother was there for a year and a half and it was the worst experience I have ever endured. We met with Sherry and Pam on several occasions to voice are concerns over services offered that we gladly paid for but did not receive on a consistent basis. Each time we met we were lied to and bullied by them. Sherry refers to the residents by their room number and at one point told a family member that they could not continue to "babysit " our mother. We decided after getting no where with them, to go to corporate. They were shocked by the behavior of management but did nothing to correct the problems so we moved our mother to a smaller, family type facility and it was the best thing we ever did. Manor lake looks are deceiving... Shiney things are not always best. I strongly suggest putting a camera in your loved ones room if you place them there. Once we did that we were able to see that we were not getting the services we paid for. My mother hated it there. Don't let the thick fake and disgusting act of niceness that Sherry and Pam spew fool you. Listen to your gut... Sherry missed her calling as an actress. Just a few other things we witnessed while there: *Residents in memory care sitting in soiled clothing and when pointed out to Tina (over memory care) her response was oh they must have sat in water.... water with a urine smell... what about the poop...I guess they sat in that also huh? *Residents do not get checked on at night as you pay for... my mother crawled around on the floor for 3+ hours on 2 separate occasions. *Sherry yelling at people who simply disagreed with her threatening to issue a 30 day notice to remove your loved one, to which she has zero authority to do according to corporate. *management having inappropriate conversations around your loved one and when told to quiet down or the resident will hear, their response is " oh they don't know what we are talking about or they'll forget they heard it" If you are all about "show" Manor Lake has it but that's all it is... alot of show but very little class and compassion.

  My mom has been at “The Manor (as she calls it) since October 2019. She was the 5th or 6th person to move in. We have had some challenging medical issues for a couple of years & the staff at Manor Lake have very supportive & caring. Tammy Phillips has been PHENOMENAL!!!! We feel like she’s part of our family. Many times she just stops by to check on her & that means so much to our family as well as mom. I was there this afternoon & mom said “I’ve been at The Manor for almost 5 years & couldn’t be happier. This is my home & I’ve made such wonderful friends.” Our family could not be any happier! BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE EVER MADE ♥️
