  What a wonderful place, what an incredible staff! My mom has been in memory care there since January. She seems very happy there, has made friends, and is well loved by the staff. I cannot say enough great things about Manor Lake! It’s a special place!

  My father has been there for less than a month and he has fallen 3 times. He was hospitalized on day 2 from a fall. The "car salesman" who signed us up, definitely sold us a bait and switch. Just because a new place is attractive does not mean that they are good at what they do. Stay clear of this place. They are hiding behind Covid restrictions to prevent us from seeing the filth that he is sleeping in. He is not getting cleaned, fed or provided with adequate hydration. The hunt for a new center starts tomorrow. Update: Since I last posted, my father died on Thanksgiving day from the head injury he sustained in the third fall. He was there for a total of 4 weeks.
