She has such a heart for the residents in Memory Care and always goes the extra mile to make sure they’re engaged, included, and genuinely enjoying their day. You can tell she really knows her residents and puts so much thought into the activities she plans. Whether it’s something fun, meaningful, or just bringing a smile to someone’s face, she pours her heart into it. It’s always a pleasure seeing the positive energy she brings every time I visit. Manor Lake is lucky to have her, and the residents are even luckier.
