  I came to visit my cousin Evelyn Coney. I found the staff to be friendly and kind. My cousin Evelyn and I had the pleasure of attending the white attire, we experienced the earth of the community at douglasville both staff and residents were warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend you facility to any family looking for a home for a love one with special needs or disabilities, knowing that they would be in good hands. The facility is very beautiful and the staff make for a warm and friendly environment. I had the pleasure of meeting many of my cousins care givers. To mention just a few, Kia, Jelinie, Karla, Memory care director ( Barbara ) Exective director c Tess, and Activies assistant Alley. They all have a triple A star rating in my book. AAA+++ to the power of 10+++ I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience this week visiting my cousin Evelyn Coney.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Workers are never around to help the residents. My great grandmother is forced to do everything by herself or it just won’t get done. Terrible place. Don’t bring your elders here.

  The facility is very nice and clean, but the level of care provided by the staff is subpar. I witnessed a patient requesting urgent care receive inadequate care because the assigned staff was working on something else and did not prioritize patient care. There are some people providing care that respond and are very nice. This is not the majority of employees I have come in contact with.

  The staff at Lotus Park has been Exceptional, especially Shannon Shannon Shinholster. They were all very active, compassionate and resourceful in helping my mother move from a facility in Florida. I would highly recommend having your loved ones or yourself become residence there.
