  Really loved this team. They took care of both my wife and me for our big day. We’re two brides with very different ideas of what we wanted to look like on our wedding day, and the ladies in this shop were extremely patient and prepared for our dueling visions. We both came away with exactly what we wanted with fabulous service the whole time!

  I had the best time finding the dress of my dreams! Meg was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. From setting up my appointment to helping me find a dress I knew I would love on my wedding day, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved my experience! 🫶🏼 If you’re looking for the dress of your dreams, I highly recommend starting here. I did, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

  I would not recommend purchasing a wedding dress from this bridal shop. My experience was stressful, confusing, and ultimately disappointing. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information from Christine regarding pricing, measurements, and alterations. At multiple points, I felt pressured to purchase additional services and add-ons that significantly increased the total cost of my dress. One of the services I paid extra for was custom measurements and length adjustments. However, when my dress arrived, it was still too large, and the length appeared to be the same as the sample dress I originally tried on. When I raised concerns, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. The proposed solution was additional alterations, which would have resulted in even more costs. After this experience, I chose not to use the shop’s recommended alterations service and sought alterations elsewhere. I would advise also reading their alterations reviews prior to going through that process. While I love the dress itself, I regret purchasing it through Sweet Elegance. The communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and what should have been an exciting experience became unnecessarily stressful. Brides deserve clear information, transparency, and confidence during such an important purchase, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
