  Manor Lake Assisted Living Facility in Dawsonville, GA is truly a wonderful place for your loved one to call home. The community is only about five years old, beautifully maintained, and always clean. The staff is caring, friendly, and consistently professional.A few team members especially stood out during our experience. Resident Assistant Rosa is an absolute sweetheart. She took extra time to share helpful tips that made our family’s transition so much easier. Sabrina serves with a genuine heart, offering thoughtful, detailed care in the most loving way. Melanie, the activities director, brings so much joyful energy that residents can’t help but join in the fun. And Chef Pedro ensures every meal is not only healthy but full of flavor—residents rave about the food daily.While these individuals shined, the truth is that the entire staff, along with the residents, are warm, welcoming, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Manor Lake is a comfortable, uplifting place to be, and we are grateful for the care our loved one receives there.

  Such a warm and welcoming community! The staff are all so caring and treat the residents and their families with respect. They go above and beyond to create wonderful experiences for families to share together! Colette is a gem and is always looking for new ways to keep residents engaged and having fun! The community is always clean and beautiful!

  Everyone at Manor Lake takes great care of their residents. My dad moved in early 2025 and it has been fantastic. They all truly have a servants heart toward their residents. Most of their staff have been there a long time which tells you what a great culture they have. I never do reviews but had to do a shout out so folks know how great this place is.

  INDEPENDENT CARE We lived in another independent living facility and were disappointed in services. Then we found Manor Lake. What a difference! The interiors are lovely, and the services are superior. The grounds are kept as well as the back porch area we can put our own plants. Contact Rebecca if you are interested. She is great in helping work through problems in deciding to move.
