I wish I could take Care Haven with me everywhere I move because you cannot imagine how much we miss this daycare! ❤️ My daughter absolutely loved it here. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and, most importantly, genuinely sweet and caring toward the children. From the moment we walked through the front door, we always felt welcomed and cared for, including by the staff at the front desk. I never worried about dropping my daughter off because I knew she was in good hands. She loved going to daycare so much that she would literally get upset at pickup because she wanted to keep playing with her teachers and friends. 🥹❤️ That alone says so much about how happy and comfortable she was there. A very special thank you to Mrs. Diko, the Director, for creating such a warm and nurturing environment; Mrs. Erica, whom my daughter absolutely adores; the warm hugs and kisses they shared always melted my heart; and Ms. Jones, for taking such wonderful care of my daughter. We miss Care Haven so much! If I could take them with us everywhere we move, I honestly would. 😂 They are truly the best, and we will always be grateful for the love and care they showed our daughter.

Unfortunately, our experience with this daycare was extremely disappointing. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of professionalism and accountability. It often felt like everyone was closely connected and would stick up for each other rather than address legitimate concerns from parents. The drop-off process was frequently frustrating. People were allowed to sit in the drop-off line for 30 minutes or more, blocking other families, while staff and parents were gathered in the lobby socializing. The daycare also frequently did not smell or appear clean, which is especially concerning when caring for young children. I had multiple occasions where I picked my daughter up with a full diaper and diaper rash. She also dealt with a yeast infection for a couple of weeks. It would improve significantly at home, sometimes appearing almost cleared up, and then begin getting worse again after returning to daycare. That pattern was extremely concerning. I also witnessed situations where her teacher was clearly struggling and appeared to need help, while an employee sat at the front desk on their phone instead of assisting. I have also personally heard staff speak to children in ways that I felt were inappropriate and disrespectful. Children deserve to be spoken to with patience, kindness, and respect. Since moving my daughter to a new daycare, the difference has been very noticeable. Her new daycare provides assistance with potty training, more one-on-one attention, individualized educational challenges, and developmental support. These are things I feel every quality daycare should provide. Also when my daughter's mother called the daycare to let them know my daughter would not be returning due to not feeling she is cared for at this center, the assistant director did not seem to even care to know why, didn't ask a single question, state anything at all besides "okay we do need a two-week notice." I will say after emailing the director they did waive our two week termination fee, but I dont see any reason as they wouldn't. Our daughter was not cared for to our expectations and I feel for any families children that send them to this childcare facility. Ultimately, parents trust daycare providers with their children, and that trust requires cleanliness, proper hygiene, attentive care, respectful communication, education, and accountability. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling that these basic standards were not consistently being met.

An absolutely amazing daycare with a phenomenal staff! The energy here is always so uplifting and positive. They treat the kids like family, and my son absolutely loves it. We are so incredibly grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff! The private pre-K program had wonderful field trip opportunities and a great academic program.

Angelica Perez is director and a great one. She goes over and beyond for the kids, parents and even the grandparents. I am a grandparent helping out and sometimes having to pick up the two babies. She has took time and helped me get them from their classrooms and put their car seats in the car to make sure the car seats are safely installed. When I go into the daycare she is usually walking around and even interacting with all the kids not just behind the desk. The teachers there are also always helpful and do a great job!! Every time I go in the daycare is very clean! If any concerns Angelica handles it right away. Great Daycare and I am Thankful all the help from not only Angelica but the teachers .

After being a stay-at-home mom for a year and a half, I made the decision to enroll my daughter in daycare. I wanted her to learn, interact with other children, build her fine and gross motor skills, spend time outdoors, and be exposed to new people and environments outside of myself. Finding the right daycare in Columbus, GA, however, was not easy. Many places didn’t meet my expectations, had no openings, or couldn’t accommodate our dietary needs. We don’t eat beef or pork, and my daughter requires lactose-free milk. When I discovered Clarian Child Place & Learning Center, I knew it was the right fit before our tour even ended. I was immediately impressed by their security, their willingness to accommodate our dietary restrictions, and the warm, welcoming staff. The children were all smiles, the parents had nothing but positive things to say, and the director at the time, Ms. Kami, made both my daughter’s and my own transition seamless. I left with complete peace of mind. My daughter’s one-year-old teachers, Ms. Shanice Wheeler and Mrs. Shiara Jones, were truly outstanding. They love and care for their students as if they were their own. In just six months, my daughter was already reciting her ABCs, counting from 1–10, answering “what’s 1+1,” and learning so much more. I was amazed at how much she was retaining! Beyond academics, they created a fun, joyful classroom environment. My daughter came home singing and dancing every day—“Baby Bumblebee” quickly became our car ride anthem, thanks to Ms. Shanice! I was genuinely sad when she moved up to the Toddler 2’s class because we loved them so much. Now, in the Toddler 2’s with Mrs. Erica, my daughter continues to thrive. Mrs. Erica is phenomenal—she responds quickly to any messages, keeps me informed, and creates engaging homework projects. She’s creative, organized, and supportive, even helping with potty training. Since joining her class, my daughter has been reading books, identifying animals, speaking more clearly, and forming full sentences. We truly love Clarian. This daycare has become a part of our village, and I wouldn’t recommend any other place. The staff are exceptional, caring, and take their roles seriously. From the new director, Mrs. Adedolapo (Dola), to the assistant director, Ms. Angelica, and the rest of the team, everyone is welcoming and dedicated. Clarian Child Place & Learning Center is exactly where you want your child to be!
