  This is my first and hopefully only wedding I’ll be planning as the bride & Elizabeth sucked a lot of joy out of it unfortunately. She puts up a front in the beginning to catch you & her bragging about being in HR for so long should have been a red flag. After realizing that her packages were a little pricey, I asked to drop down a package. Elizabeth stated that I was making her job harder and I ended up crying for a week after that, not wanting to be confrontational at all. She wouldn’t have made a big deal if I wanted to go from a smaller package to a more expensive package. You can’t customize much here (which originally thought you could) and you HAVE to have a catering business through her with just so happens to be VERY expensive as well regardless of which one you use. My wedding is OVER a year and a half away and she refuses to refund the $3200 my fiancée and I already put down before payments were even due. I understand we signed a contract, but it’s just about being a decent human being. Especially after dropping down to a lower price package d/t money in this economy. No empathy or compassion whatsoever with lots of passive aggressiveness. No amount of mental exhaustion is worth this place.

  A true hidden gem! So beautiful, quiet, and tranquil. The waterfall added such a magical touch, making the wedding feel even more special. The peaceful atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience.

  The most beautiful venue! We had a magical wedding day here. Even though the weather was unseasonably freezing, the photographer Kelcie went above and beyond to be sure we could still be comfortable, opening a warm building nearby, and suggesting blankets etc. She had me wrapped up in a blanket until the moment of the photo then at the last minute take it off for each photo, haha, and it all worked out! The photos looks like they are from a magazine or advertisement, amazing! If you want gorgeous photos in a fairytale like setting, with a wonderful photographer who really cares about her clients, you will love Hightower Falls just like we did! We booked it sight-unseen, and it exceeded my expectations.

  Hightower Falls has no comparison—it is a hidden gem that offers a unique combination of secluded tranquility and breathtaking beauty. There is truly a package for everyone, from intimate elopements to elegant weddings, and my husband and I were elated to find such a sanctuary for our big day. The staff is where the magic really happens. Elizabeth is wonderful and so easy to work with; she made me feel like a true priority from day one. When an unexpected thunderstorm hit right before our waterfall ceremony, the team was incredibly accommodating. They jumped into action to move everything inside, and I felt confident the entire time that they would work with us to make our wedding exactly what we planned, no matter what. We also cannot say enough good things about our photographer, Kelsie! If you are looking for someone who is both a creative genius and a calming force, look no further. She turned a stressful weather situation into a beautiful, seamless experience. Kelsie was implicit in creating a gorgeous ‘on-the-spot’ indoor wedding for us, capturing stunning photos that we will treasure forever. She has a magical way of settling everyone’s nerves, and her talent made the whole process feel easy and natural. If you want a secluded, tranquil, and stress-free wedding, this is the place! For the first time in my life, I felt as though I was truly the number one priority as the bride. Between the stunning location and this dream team, our wedding brought once-in-a-lifetime memories. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and Kelcie—they are the gold standard!"
