  I can't say enough wonderful things about Manor Lake Cartersville. It truly feels like more than just a place to live-it feels like home. The staff genuinely care about the residents and work hard every day to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, respected, and loved. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there is a strong sense of community among the residents, families, and staff. The team goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences and make each resident feel valued and important. I'm grateful to be part of such a caring community and proud of the dedication everyone puts into making Manor Lake Cartersville a special place for seniors and their families.

  Facility doesn't ensure residents live out their final days with dignity and respect. While visiting a loved one over the last couple of months a memory care resident routinely exposes himself and urinates in the common area while others do activities, eat, watch TV, etc. The staff doesn't stop him or redirect his behavior. Instead the staff just keeps a dirty mop bucket in the area to clean the floor, A wet floor creates a fall risk for all individuals in the area. I spoke with the Executive Director but the incident remains unresolved. He assured me that he would address the concern. He has yet to keep his word. In fact, I have yet to see him about the community. Disappointed for all involved.

  My Mother is very happy here. She enjoys the activities especially the music. It is very clean, and the meals are very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. We are very pleased that we chose this place for Mother.

  My parents recently moved in and the change in their activity has been wonderful. They have a community center to walk to for lunch and activities. My dad calls it, "The Lodge." 😀
