  My dad has made a wonderful transition to Manor Lake Hamilton Mill. He has made new friends and the staff is kind and attentive. Several times I have needed to talk about a business matter or nursing issue, they are on the ball and informed. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and is ready to help. I am glad we found this lovely place!

  I have attended several activities that they have for the residents and their families. They do an excellent job planning these and everyone seems to have a great time. The facility is beautiful. Residents seem to be well cared for. I wish they had a Manor Lakes facility here in the county I reside in.

  Very nice facility inside and out..the first time I came on the property it was mouth dropping. When I entered the building it was beautiful and welcoming. I remember a sweet receptionist named Sue who stood up and greeted me with a smile from the desk and asked if she could assist me. I was here for an appointment with the Executive Director. I was asked if I wanted a beverage while I was waiting and as I looked around at the employees passing by they were just smiling and it seemed like everyone was happy. I will never forget my first impression with this facility it definitely made me want to come back and I did.

  I visit the memory care unit. The staff is friendly. The residents seem well cared for. The family members that do visit seem to be treated well. The unit is clean and comfortable. I think highly of all of the staff but, I think jacquey is especially amazing.
