  I cannot recommend the Wounded Warrior Project highly enough, especially Alshi Williams. From the very beginning, Alshi was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with throughout the entire VA claims process. I began working with Alshi in September 2025, and at the time I was honestly overwhelmed by the process and unsure where to begin. Alshi took the time to explain everything to me, walk me through each step, and make sure I understood what to expect. He helped me organize my documentation, prepared me for my appointments, and was always available to answer questions along the way. By January 2026, all of my medical appointments had been completed, and I received my VA rating just three business days after my retirement. The process was far smoother and less stressful than I ever expected. What stood out most was that Alshi truly cared and always acted with my best interests in mind. He consistently communicated with me, kept me informed, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. It never felt transactional. It felt like I had someone in my corner advocating for me every step of the way. For any veteran looking for a trustworthy and professional VSO, I strongly encourage you to contact the Wounded Warrior Project and ask for Alshi Williams. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a tremendous difference for me and my family. P.S.   Best VSO Alshi Williams!!! If you're considering using WWP for your claim, I highly recommend Alshi. He was available, attentive, and supportive throughout the Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) claims process. He moved fast! My claim was submitted within days once I provided my documents. When he emailed, he followed up with a phone call or text if I didn’t respond. That meant a lot because he helped calm my anxiety and kept me grounded. Alshi didn't just send updates, we talked through them. If I didn't understand something, I felt completely comfortable calling to ask him, and he took the time to explain things clearly. He returned my calls or text messages and kept me informed at every step. Anytime something new happened with my case, he called to explain it and make sure I understood why it mattered. This was especially important once my claim was assigned to a third‑party contractor to schedule my Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams—he made sure I knew exactly what that meant and what to expect next. I am so grateful for the assistance I received. I couldn’t have done this without his guidance. I highly recommend WWP and especially Alshi Williams!!!
