The first one was not my wife's taste at all and was pushed by a shop in Orlando florida. They also wanted the full amount before she even put the dress on when the dress came in knowing we lived in Chattanooga TN not Orlando Florida. Trying to force us to travel back down for another fitting. Let this be a lesson to all you ladies to stand by what you want for your special day. If a shop cannot come to you for a fee or be close enough in there measurements to need much alterations run. They are not worth your time or bespoke custom tailored. After loosing several thousand dollars from a another wedding dress shop we were both very frustrated. I contacted Alain Chaps with Connisaur Paris that custom makes all my Italian suits in Buckhead, GA. After speaking with him about how terrible of an experience we had in Orlando florida. He immediately told us to try Bridals by Aime and phoned them to make an appointment. Btw if you need bespoke custom made suits, tuxedos and apparel i highly recommend Alain Chaps shop just down the road. The experience from the start was very different here at Aime's it was more relaxed, upscale, personal and the staff took the time to listen to exactly what my wife wanted to feel, look, and experience in her wedding dress. I don't remember the young ladies name but she did an excellent job. We explained our horrible experience else where they made it a positive experience by far. The dress that my wife picked here At Bridals By Aime was exactly what my beautiful bride wanted on her wedding day. The best part ? The second dress was more exquisite, more elegant, more high end, more beautiful and cost less than the first one. Plus, closer to home. I have posted a few pictures from our wedding day on a private beach at sunset with her dress. Thank you for making our experience so special and our wedding what it should beautiful. Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes, we are only appointments to ensure every bride has our full attention. Please give us a call or request an appointment online to secure a spot.
How long are appointments?
We allocate 90 minutes for each appointment to provide a comfortable and personalized experience tailored for every bride.
Do appointments cost anything?
Appointments are no cost, but we do require a card on file to reserve an appointment. There is a $50 charge to your card on file in the case of cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows to appointments
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever you like! For undergarments, we suggest ones that are nude and seamless. Feel free to wear any shapewear but remember some dresses have exposed skin as design elements.
Can I bring guests to the appointment?
Yes, but we recommend limiting it a maximum of 3 people whose opinions you value most.
How many dresses can I try on?
You can try on as many as time allows during your appointment! We suggest brides new to the dress journey to try on a variety of styles.
Do you offer custom gowns?
Some of our designers do offer customizations for varying additional fees. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’re happy to help make your dreams come true.
Do you sell accessories to match the dress?
Yes! We offer veils, jewelry, fascinators, and other accessories to complement your gown.
What if I don’t find a dress I love?
That’s okay! We can schedule another appointment, and customize your options based on your feedback. We also have a sister store, Sweet Elegance Bridal, in Decatur that has more options if you’re unable to find your dream dress with us.
How long does it take for my dress to arrive?
Dresses typically take 6-8 months to arrive, so plan ahead. Customizations directly from the designer can lead to additional time. If you don’t have that time frame available, we are happy to find a solution when possible. We can work some magic, but not all designers offer rush delivery.
What does made-to-order mean when ordering my gown?
When you’ve found your dream dress, our expert bridal consultants will take your measurements to determine the size that best fits you. We’ll walk you through the designer’s size chart to help you choose the most flattering fit. Your gown will be made to your specific size, but keep in mind that alterations are typically needed to achieve the perfect fit.
How far in advance should I schedule my alterations?
We recommend scheduling your first fitting 3-4 months before your wedding day.
Are alterations included in the price?
Alterations are not included in the gown price, but we offer expert recommendations to ensure your dress fits beautifully on your big day.
Do you offer alterations?
No, but we do have wonderful seamstress recommendations that can customize your dress to fit perfectly.

Since our wedding dresses, veils, and accessories are individually ordered from international designers, we DO NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items.
