  My husband and I recently had the pleasure of touring Avista White Cliffs Senior Living...it is everything we read in the Google reviews and more! Avista has a beautiful home-like, semi-rural setting. Individualized rooms. Clean, groomed, happy residents. Ample, warm, happy staff, and beautiful food! This is not a "clinical" type setting! Most impressive is the extensive training all the staff, (even admin!), receive in differentiating the types of dementia care and protocols from Alzheimers. Director Niklas did a superb tour and is professional, transparent and very passionate about his calling and career. We learned so much from him during our visit and the faculty confirmed our belief that our mom can receive the care she received while living with us and better. Avista has the highest standards for its staff and holds them accountable to its mission statement and core values, while giving the residents personalized, attentive care.   I came to Avista White Cliffs in hopes of finding the right place for my dad. Nik was amazing. He took us on a tour of the facility. The property is lovely! Very spacious and clean with many different floor plans available to suit my father’s needs. The staff we encountered were so kind and welcoming to us. They genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of residents and their families. What stood out to us is the level of personalized attention. Nik had the answers to all my questions! He took the time to get to know us and my father’s preferences. Any worries I had disappeared. Everything was crystal clear from the get-go. We did not feel rushed to make a decision, which was very refreshing after touring a number of other facilities, where we felt pressured to commit prematurely. I want to know that my dad is going somewhere he will truly be cared for, no corners cut. And Avista White Cliffs is by FAR the best we’ve visited!

  Extremely wonderful staff. This has been a great transition moving my mother here. Every staff member goes above and beyond with love and kindness to every resident. Food is excellent and family's are always welcomed at all times. White cliffs is like being in heaven on earth. Special thanks to Tammy Pappan for all her true dedication to help make this all happen. My mother is in best possible life now. She can now celebrate life to the fullest.
