As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with the care my infant son receives at KinderCare. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and truly invested in his growth and well-being. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that he is in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment every day. The teachers are patient, caring, and always keep me updated on his daily activities, milestones, and progress throughout his day. I love seeing how much he learns and develops through the engaging activities they provide. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about each child and treat them like family. I am incredibly grateful for the support and dedication of everyone at KinderCare. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for quality childcare and a place where their child will be loved, cared for, and encouraged to thrive.

We could not recommend KinderCare on Sunset Drive more highly! The teaching staff is so loving and caring. Our daughter comes home every day talking about how much she loves Ms. Karen, Ms. Astar, Ms. Paige, and all of the other wonderful staff. As parents and educators, we also deeply appreciate the incredible communication from the administrative team led by Ms. Beth and Ms. Bri. We are so thankful for the entire staff and grateful that we can rest easy knowing our child is well cared for and learning every day!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at KinderCare! Our son has been there since he was 6 months old, and we feel very fortunate to have had them all this time. Ms. Lori and Ms. Amanda in the Twos room (also Ms. Karen in the Threes room) were so instrumental in helping get our son potty-trained, and reinforcing what we were doing at home. Ms. Karen and Ms. Astar (preschool room) have also been lifesavers for us, really working with our son on different skills to make sure that he is ready for the next level of schooling. The amount of time and love they both have given him is obvious - he is so excited to see them every day! Ms. Astar also checks in with us every day to let us know how our son did and has come up with so many strategies to help him be successful - we are so extremely lucky to have her! Also, our son insisted we mention Ms. Paige, because she is definitely a favorite! She is so kind and so patient with our son, and talks baseball with him :) Our center director (Beth) and assistant director (Bri) also plan so many daycare-wide activities on Fridays / Saturdays so all of us families get to know each other. Trunk or Treat is a favorite! They also do activities every month - a Mother's Day activity, a Father's Day activity, a visit with the Easter Bunny, Breakfast with Santa, Dr. Seuss night ... there's so many things they do that go above and beyond any other daycare we visited. Also, their communication is great. We get newsletters every month and frequent updates throughout the day, including pictures! And whenever we have had concerns, Beth and Bri are very quick to respond and address those problems in a fair, compassionate way. Last thing: the center offers extra "classes" for the kids to take (small extra fee), including phonics, music, and cooking. Our son LOVES phonics with Ms. Astar and is working really hard on mastering all of his letter sounds. He is almost able to read! He also enjoys cooking with Ms. Karen - they have made a lot of fun and tasty treats for the kids (and families!) to enjoy! Overall, it has been such a good experience with KinderCare. How fortunate we are that every staff member knows and loves our son just as much as we do!

My 13-month-old's diaper was put on too tight and not on the right way. His three button onesie was not buttoned all the way, only one button was buttoned and digging in his groin. I was told that his diaper was changed and then they put him down and he started screaming. I didn't get a call until an hour after his diaper was changed. I took him back home and he was acting like he needed a new diaper so I checked and he had a red mark down in his groin from his onesie pulling on him basically giving him a wedgie. Their excuse was that the teacher was a new hire. My question is how does a teacher get hired when they don't even know how to change a diaper or button buttons? I have all pictures and screenshots of what I'm talking about with time stamps, so no one can gaslight me. This was his first and only day in daycare and neither of us had a good experience. Please make sure your new hires know how to change diapers and clothe children properly next time. I would love to add pictures but I'm not going to add a picture of my son in his diaper.
