Well, at the beginning, my Daughter started out at three days a week to wean into the full week. It was the end of the month and there was a wednesday, a friday and a monday left of that month. The state compensated them for the entire month. My daughter was sick after the first day she attended and was not able to attend the next friday and monday of that month. My daughter was sick every other week Going to this place and would cry every single day I would drop her off.It would break my heart every morning. They wanted to charge me three hundred dollars extra than what the state was giving them a month. I changed her daycare to littlest flowers.Highly recommend by the way. She doesn't cry when I drop her off anymore. She is not sick all the time. She has been able to attend full months at this day care. I have no idea how kinder care has a five star rating , especially at this location. But it is not a five star day care. And now, they want $3,000 dollars from me because I was not able to pay the three hundred dollars extra a month , and I was not willing to pay it because my daughter was never even able To attend this day care for an entire month because she was so sick so often. Find a better daycare for your child/children. They tried to tell me it was normal for my kid to be sick so often. It's definitely not normal. I wish I would have switched her daycare sooner tbvh.

My son is being switched over to a different KinderCare on the first! Been asking for his file to be faxed over for the past two weeks and they’ve been giving me the run around. Not only that but his new KinderCare also called and asked for it and they did the same with her. So good luck trying to get your child’s paperwork. Been biting my tongue for too long. I’ve been patient and respectful even after my son came to me and told me that his teacher told him to “shut up” I never caused a scene about that and when his father wanted to talk to his teacher she randomly disappeared! Good to know others had a great experience there but I’m out!

My boys were attending for a week, not even, 4days to be exact. My kids are sick for two weeks. They had to be hospitalized twice. (Pink eye, viral infection). Then not to mention everytime i brought my boys which are twins in car seats, nobody would even help me carry one seat to get threw the 2 doors. I seen someone everytime I came through the doors. Then im carryin a bag full of stuff because you have to have pre made bottles throughout the time limit w/ diapers, wipes etc. Only the other parents of other kids would help me. The director told me only I have to take them out the seats. Really? So she didnt even help me take one to the baby room. They never greet you once your kids start, only the teachers were nice. The director told me "we have 22 babies here we dont have time to wash bottles, we dont even have the proper utensils for that." Because i said i dont make bottles and store them anymore their 9months and i dont think thats sanitary. These people are just money hungry. We pay for EVERYTHING literally. They just babysit, they dont want to do the actual job. $100 registration fee a kid WOW. These kids aren't taught nothing but sleeping.
