  I can’t say enough great things about this center. From the director Carla and assistant Stef to all the teachers. Our little guy gets so excited when we drop him off everyday. They truly make the most out of each day! With learning new things, playing outside and in the big indoor gym to making new friends. The staff here truly loves each kiddo that comes through their door. We love the updates in the app and getting photos of their different activities throughout the day. I get to leave everyday having the confidence that my child is in the best hands while we are at work.

  This center and these staff have gone above and beyond for both of my children. They took time to learn m son’s G-Tube feedings and how to support him. They are on top of documentation in the app so I get real time updates on my kiddos!! Always a fun photo or video. They ask questions and truly care. They assist my daughter with her food sensitivities and are patient and creative in getting her to try new things. When she does they all celebrate! Her success is their success. I love this center- My children look forward to going there everyday and enjoy themselves. They are inclusive and caring. If you are questioning where to send your kids… choose KinderCare East Capital! It’s that simple.

  The director and teachers at KinderCare Capitol Drive East do such a great job caring for and playing with my baby while I’m at work! Ms. Steph give me frequent updates through the app while my baby is there and sends me plenty of pictures throughout the day, which is very reassuring for me while I’m away. I would 100% recommend this KinderCare for any parents who are looking for a daycare with high quality care and a personal touch. Thanks for taking such good care of my little boy, Carla & Ms. Steph!! 😊

  Both of my children attend this Location for Kinder Care and I have nothing but good things to say. First, I've noticed that the staff really invest in your children's learning and development, they are more than baby sitters! My children are 1 and 3 and have reached milestones and developed lots of new skills. As a fulltime working mom, I love seeing that they are constantly learning during our time apart. I will also say that the staff are very genuine and I am confident that my children are loved and well taken care of at the center while I am at work. I love the diversity here and I love how all the staff constantly find different ways to interact and teach the children. They don't just learn with your children, but they grow with them as well. There are so many activities, healthy meals, and great structure which makes it THE ideal childcare. They keep the classrooms as well as the res of the building very neat and clean and they keep you updated on their app daily so you can follow along with your child's day. Thank you KinderCare East for working with my children and making this a safe, happy, learning environment for all children! Adriana H

  We completed registration and enrollment for our unborn daughter in June 2022, with prospective start date of February 2023. We had been in contact with the center a handful of times before February with no issues. One week prior to our start date, my wife called asking when she could come in and drop off some paperwork and was informed by the center that they were not accepting any more children. When pressed, the center told her that they were short staffed and there wouldn’t be enough staff to accommodate us. This hadn’t been brought to our attention during any previous contact. After speaking with the district manager, she shared that the only Kindercare that could accommodate our child was 12 miles from the center we chose, which was not a reasonable solution. Failure to notify us parents (I am sure my wife and I are not alone) of their lapse in coverage is abhorrent and a sign of mismanagement. Frankly, if we had not called them, we would’ve arrived on the first day to a center not capable of caring for our child and no other options. We were left scrambling to find a place for our daughter. We sifted through numerous different facilities, many of which had 6+ months waiting lists, as is expected, and others which had sub-par care standards. Miraculously, we found one daycare with an opening which only materialized due to another family’s emergency situation. I fear for what other families may have to settle for as a result of Kindercare Capitol East’s incompetence.
