Started at this location before covid and it was great! We had 2 of our 3 kids at this location. Unfortunately under the new director it’s gone down hill. The director will actively ignore you. Just see other posts. You have to constantly remind her of literally anything. To get a credit we were promised took MONTHS. We eventually had to go to her boss - just to get a response. With the last director we always had great communication. Your kids will get randomly rejected when you come to drop them off in the morning. Basically you are told to just deal with it. They just do not have enough staff. Because they quit left and right. This place has a revolving door of “teachers”. Some may be too high or just don’t care enough - they just don’t pay them enough. We had to call the state agency on this location. They made our child go out in the snow with regular shoes, when they had the appropriate foot and leg protection in their cubby(see picture). We picked up our child with soaking wet shoes socks and pants that she had been sitting in all day. See below There are a handful of long standing great teachers who do care and they know who they are.

my child ate very little and slept very little when he went there. one day i went to pick up my child. i saw him lying on his stomach and crying a lot. but no one helped my child up. the cost is expensive, but the service is terrible. they closed for 1 day, but we still had to pay 415$ for 1 week. i will never trust this place again.

Previous child care coverage left my wife and I discouraged with the lack of excitement our kids showed at drop off. At Jacob Lane, the kids are happy and excited to see their friends and run into the building at drop off. There is always room for improvement in regards to communication though. There have been times when pre-emptive messaging to parents via the HiMama app would be helpful when the kids have told us of some of the "excitement" for the day. Overall we are happy with the experience.

I was a little nervous to put my daughter in daycare, especially with Covid. I had heard good things about Kindercare and gave them a call. I am so glad I did. My baby girl always comes out smiling. She even started walking in by herself (which is a big step for both of us). The app they have is super helpful. They give you pictures/videos and up today information about food, naps, ect. There is open communication with teachers and the director; whether it is by phone or email. If I have a question I know it will be answered quickly and accurately. They have great standards in place for Covid. I could not be happier with the care my baby girl receives.
