  Our experience with KinderCare was mixed. The infant room was fantastic, and we were very happy during our daughter’s time there. The teachers were caring, communicative, and she genuinely loved going to daycare. Unfortunately, things changed after she transitioned to the toddler room. Shortly after moving up, she developed a significant diaper rash, would come home in diapers that weren’t hers, and then one day came home with a bite mark that we were never notified about. The director investigated the incident, but ultimately came back with no information. We were told that no one saw or heard anything, which was concerning given that an injury occurred and there were no answers about how it happened. What worried us most was the change in our daughter. She used to run into daycare excited every morning. Over the last several weeks, she began walking in slowly and cautiously and no longer seemed excited to be there. There also appeared to be a great deal of turnover in leadership. During the year our daughter attended, there were multiple directors, making it difficult to feel confident in the consistency of management and oversight. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw our daughter, and we were not the only family to make that decision around the same time. While we remain grateful for the wonderful care she received in the infant room, our experience in the toddler room did not meet the standards we expected.

  We have been so happy with our childs development and attention paid to him at KinderCare. The staff are always so positive and welcoming even on those mornings when he doesnt want to be dropped off. We cant drive by it without him saying "hi school". We are pleased with his growth and the constant updates from the staff.

  We absolutely LOVED this KinderCare!! We've had our oldest enrolled for the last year and a half and just recently transferred to another location because we had moved :( The teachers here are the most amazing, caring people we could ever have met to take care of our boys! They treated them as if they were their own. I highly recommend this center!

  Our daughter has been going here not quite a year yet, but we’ve seen her come out of her shell since she’s been enrolled. Exceptional service, great policies, secure, safe, and healthy environment. Friendly, professional staff with great curriculum and programs. The only negative I would give it, is the price.
