We’ve been here for a year now and watched it go from great then sadly they went through a very rough transition leaving us questioning staying. Danielle, the new director, has been so pleasant and I’m glad we stayed. She nice, friendly and always so helpful. A plus, they have afterschool care for my older kiddo with bus pickup from Harrisburg. I can’t say enough how thankful we are Danielle is there!

Our daughter started with Bean Sprouts and absolutely loved the placed. KinderCare took over and I wish I could give zero stars! The amount you pay for afterschool and summer school verses what kind of care was received is a joke! We even told the transitional help it was not even glorified babysitting. They did not get to go on field trips, staff smelled like cigarettes and weed. Staff had music loud that we could hear walking down the hall that was inappropriate for children (or least my child). The “Daily Report” said she ate their food but never did so never an accurate statement. They told us she could be drop in and two months into school said that’s not allowed even though we had asked several times and she been doing it. Decided to send us an email at 7pm saying they discontinued services without a notice. However then called and said she could come at full time rate. Also forget someone on the phone, we had to stop in to speak with someone. Needless to say we had pulled her and wished we had over the summer but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Run away from this place.

We have now been here for a couple months and the service and quality of care is the best. They have a new director, Danielle, that is mazing and truly cares about our kid. All of the teachers are kind and they very clearly want what’s best. Previous reviews reflect old staff. Facilities are updated and very nice. HIGHLY recommend touring this daycare.

Our experience with Bridgemill KinderCare and the KinderCare corporate staff was abysmal at best! The whole experience was a lot of smoke and mirrors, they would tell you what you wanted to hear but their actions didn’t back that up. Example, telling me the hours and standards of care are going to get better and 1 hour later sending a notice to parents that school was canceled until further notice due to staffing shortages. The low customer service level aside, my 2 biggest issues were 1) learning that their staff is allowed to smoke during working hours as long as they’re 25ft from the building. I learned of this policy after the director walked past me at 7:30am smelling like an ashtray. 2) my son has a medical condition that requires immediate adult intervention (no formal medical training is required for this intervention). After communicating this issue multiple times to various staff members and filling out a formal medical form to put in his file, we were informed by a KinderCare corporate employee that there was no one on the property that would be able to properly care for my son if he had an episode at that time. Childcare should be a reliable and safe places for our children. Unfortunately, falling short of those basic standards doesn’t even begin to describe the standard of care you will receive from this facility.
