We have been so impressed with the care our son gets at Primrose Midtown. Bex and Kacie pay attention to the details, accommodate everything we've asked for, and communicate constantly, those updates throughout the day are the best part of mine.
As a new mom, trusting someone else with your child is hard. These two made it easy. The small child-to-teacher ratio means he still gets individual attention, and they've gone above and beyond at every turn. They've far exceeded our expectations!

I have two boys that go to primrose and we love it! It feels like every time we walk in, one of the staff is saying hi to my boys, and it is clear they know and care for them! It is nice to know I am leaving them somewhere where they are with people who really care for and about them. It is clear that they make an effort for everyone to have interaction with the kids so that they can feel comfortable even when they aren’t with their “typical” teachers. The curriculum is also super great and enriching. My boys come home knowing how to do things that amaze me. I know that they are getting a great leg up for when they eventually start school. People often comment on things they know like counting and ABC’s and I always tell them it’s daycare. As a mom it can feel tough to leave your kids, but with Primrose I know they are having fun, learning and being well cared for. We have enjoyed our time at primrose so much that I have told all of my friends with kids, and now two of my coworkers also have kids at primrose!

Primrose School of Midtown Greenville has been our home away from home since both of our boys started as infants. Knowing our children are so well cared for every single day gives us such peace of mind. They’ve learned so much, made wonderful friends, and are advanced for their ages thanks to the incredible curriculum.
They say it takes a village — well, Primrose Midtown is our village, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without them. Haley and the entire team pour so much into these kids and into our family. Thank you for everything you do!

We've had an absolutely wonderful experience at Primrose, and I can't recommend this location enough.
Both of our sons have truly thrived here. From the very beginning, the teachers have shown so much genuine love and care for our boys, and you can tell they're personally invested in making each day the best it can be. One moment that really stood out for us: when our son was just two and a half, the team recognized he was ready for more and moved him up early into the four-year-old class. That decision made such a difference. He's advanced and grown in ways we didn't expect, and it's clear the staff pay close attention to each child as an individual.
Like anywhere, it hasn't been completely without bumps. We've experienced some teacher changeover along the way that has been difficult. That said, the leadership changes over the past eight months have been really positive for this location.
Our kids are here about 7-8 hours a day, five days a week. That's a lot, and it's hard on us as parents and on them too. But Primrose has genuinely become a village for our family. Between the teachers and the other families here, we've found a community we're so grateful for.
Overall, this has been a truly wonderful experience, and we're proud to be part of the Primrose family. Thank you to everyone here for pouring so much into our boys.
