Our experience with Primrose was truly wonderful. After spending several years at another school with our children, we had to make the very difficult decision to move our son during his Pre-K year. Changing schools mod-year was not something we took lightly, but the Primrose staff could not have handled the transition better.
From the beginning, they welcomed him into his new classroom, helped him build friendships, and made sure he felt comfortable and supported. He is an energetic little boy whose brain goes a mile a minute, and his teachers took the time to understand him, keep him engaged, and encourage him in such a positive way. In just a few months, he thrived. Most importantly, they helped rebuild his confidence and his love of learning and school.
We especially appreciated the true partnership between the teachers, staff, and us as parents. They saw who he was as an individual and gave him opportunities to make choices, participate, use his imagination, and learn in ways that were exciting to him. From turning the classroom into a café to a DIY puppet show, the stories, activities, and hands-on experiences they created, learning felt fun and meaningful.
Our only regret is that we didn't move him sooner so he could have enjoyed this environment longer! He has moved on to elementary school, he continues to talk about his teachers, the activities he did, and even the ways the staff helped him work through things like first-day jitters.
We watched him leave Primrose with more confidence, a renewed excitement for school, and so many happy memories. We are incredibly grateful for the care, patience, and encouragement he received during such an important transition.

What we liked most about Primrose was the peace of mind it gave us as parents. The teachers are incredibly warm and communicative, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. We loved the balanced curriculum and knowing that he was spending his days engaged in activities that helped him learn, socialize, and have fun.

We truly can’t say enough good things about Primrose at Pelham. Sending your kids to school every day is a big deal, and knowing they’re loved, safe, and genuinely excited to be there makes all the difference.
Our children have grown so much since starting at Primrose—not just in what they’ve learned academically, but in their confidence, kindness, and independence. Their teachers have been incredibly patient, caring, and invested in helping them thrive, and it’s obvious how much they love what they do.
One of the things we’ve appreciated most is the communication. We love getting updates throughout the day and always feel like we’re part of our children’s learning journey. The entire staff knows our family, greets us with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Primrose at Pelham has been such a blessing to our family, and we’re so thankful for the love, support, and strong foundation they’ve given our children. We would recommend them without hesitation to any family looking for a place where their children will truly be cared for and encouraged to grow.

I cannot recommend Primrose enough.
As a single father, finding a place where you feel completely comfortable leaving your children every day is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make. From the moment Anna and Georgie started at Primrose a year and a half ago, I knew we had made the right choice.
The amount they learned during their time here has been incredible. They developed academically, socially, and emotionally in ways that amazed me. Their confidence grew, their curiosity blossomed, and the teachers fostered a love of learning that we'll always be grateful for.
One thing that always stood out to me was how happy my girls were. Every morning they were excited to go to school, and every afternoon they came home smiling. That says more than any curriculum or brochure ever could.
The school itself is exceptional. It is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming. Safety is clearly a top priority, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. As a parent, there's no better feeling than knowing your children are in an environment where they're protected, valued, and genuinely cared for.
I also have to recognize the leadership. Great schools don't happen by accident. The culture that Stacie and Cassie have created is evident the moment you walk through the front doors. Their leadership is reflected in every classroom and every interaction. Everyone - from the front office to the teachers - is professional, compassionate, and committed to excellence. It's clear they have built a team that genuinely cares about every child and every family.
As we prepare for our move to Florida, one of the biggest comforts we have is knowing that Anna and Georgie will be able to continue their journey at another Primrose school. Stacie, Cassie, and the entire team have set an incredibly high standard, and they have played such an important role in our girls' early years. We know schools like this are rare, and we'll always be grateful that our family was part of this community.
If you're looking for a preschool for your children, stop looking. This is the place. I would recommend Primrose to anyone without hesitation.
Thank you, Primrose, for giving Anna and Georgie such an incredible start. We'll always be grateful for the love, guidance, and foundation you gave them during these important years.
