What a great place we were looking around for a good Daycare and when we found this place, it was best thing for our family. My son had a hard time at the previous Daycare and here they worked with us. They worked on his behavior and he is very, very happy.

If it were possible, I would absolutely give the school zero stars. We have had nothing but issues in the 10 months we were enrolled at the school. From the food portions, being too small, to teachers, posting my child on their own personal social media, to a disrespectful, dismissive, rude, and plain awful director. The school is owned by the kind of person that will send his assistant to do all of his dirty work. This place is shady and plain out neglectful. I was informed by people within the school that there is a staff member who “ Prefers not to change diapers“ so she will allow the children to sit in soiled diapers until her relief comes. Everything about the school is unacceptable, please do not subject your child to the horrors of Primrose school of Fort Mill.

I am very pleased with Primrose School. The infant classroom teachers, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Harris are great. The student to teacher ratio is smaller than at other places we visited, which means students receive more individualized attention. Every time I visit, students seem happy and content. I am also impressed by the hands-on management of the facility. Alok Patel is the owner and he is there EVERY day. We've visited other schools and only saw the manager. Alok and his staff have established a solid community among the parents, students and teachers.

I have nothing but great things to say about Primrose of Fort Mill. Their new director is very responsive and accommodating. My son is not even 2 and counts, knows his colors, and his vocabulary has drastically improved since starting at Primrose. We get multiple daily pictures from his teacher. Ms. Tateona knows each of her students and the kids are always happy when we drop off and pick up our son. We know when our infant starts there in a few weeks, he will be in good hands too.

If I could give this a zero, then I would because some of their staff are horrible. There is a bunch of drama going on there. Some of the management don’t take care of things. Some of the staff are there to cause issues and threatening others. This is not a good place to take your kids there. I don’t think it’s a safe place for you kids.
