My child has been attending this daycare for a year now and we love it here!!!
I recall when I went for my tour how much I loved the center and the employees and what they had to offer for my child - it was a no brainer this was where we would call home!
My child started in the infant room where he was cared for in the closest way to what I would have done! He thrived as an infant because of the girls in this room - I give the staff so much credit for taking on all of the things I wasn't able to do because I have to work. The infants are cared for on their own individual schedule and you may not think an infant can attend school, but this is literally baby school! My child LOVED it!!!
He has since moved onto a new room for toddlers where he is also thriving! Within weeks of the transition he began walking and showing off all of the new skills he's learned from his teachers! I really love that even for toddlers as young as 1 there is a schedule they're trying to teach them and keep them on a routine! Young children need this! There is even a curriculum that is shared on a daily basis of what my child learned and did throughout the day! I also love that he comes home with little crafts that I will be able to save and share with him when he is older! The teachers are really great about discussing 1:1 needs your child may have or if there is something specific you are trying to work with them on at home and continuing that in the classroom!
The director is also amazing and really has treated my child and I like we are family! Accommodating our needs wherever she can and making sure that kids and the staff want to be there! I even see her regularly engaging in the classrooms of all ages with the kids! It's important to me to know that the staff "in charge" are just as invested as the teachers in the rooms are! It really is a child focused environment and I can't help but walk through the center with a huge smile on my face every day!
MY CHILD IS THRIVING BECAUSE OF TENDERHEARTS!!!!

Although our son was only at Tender Hearts for a short time we were incredibly happy with the care our son as given and we were treated just like family. From the Teachers to the Directors and Owners, everyone was caring, supportive and professional. We only chose to leave due to relocating for a job. I would highly recommend anyone looking for child care to give Tender Hearts a try!
Our son attended Tender Hearts when he turned 3 through Pre-K and absolutely loved coming each day. He learned how to socialize with other kids, made great connections with his teachers, and they cared for him wonderfully and on an individual level. He was prepared for kindergarten so well, and we’re excited for our next child to start there soon.

We came to Tender Hearts when I was unsure returning to work would ever be a reality for me, because who could I truly trust to take care of my daughter? That quickly changed as I was welcomed by Karen and the team in the infant room. They were soft, kind, and patient. I was never left in the dark as to the care my daughter was receiving throughout the day and she was consistently happy at pickup. Enrolling our second-born wasn't even a question when the time came. Both children enjoyed a solid, age-appropriate curriculum throughout each class and the school provided many extra activities like visits from the Tumble Bus. The owners know every little face in the building and are warm and welcoming. We loved our time with everyone: Ms. Julie, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Tracey, and Ms. Smith!

Where should I begin. They clearly don't know how to handle active child. They don't have enough staff to address and keep them engaged in activities. They expect a 2 yr old to sit and be quit. They like to label child with attention deficit disorder among others. Beware parents its not all it seems. They talk the talk but cant walk the walk.
