  I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. Update: I received a call from a woman named Jennifer in regards to my account being sent to collections, she took care of that and I am very grateful so I decided to change the one start to two stars. I still do not agree with how I was spoken to on the day that I removed my daughter from this location.

  Love this center! We’ve recently changed centers (stayed within Kindercare) because of a job change and I was very nervous how my 3 year old daughter would do since she was very attached to her teacher at our old center. My old director, Haley, reached out to the new director and assistant director, Erica and Faith. They reassured me she’d be ok and took a little extra time to ease her in, 5 minutes after I left on the first day she was having a dance party! I also have an 10 month old son and everyone involved in his care communicates extremely well on how he is doing, eating, playing…etc. I love the app annd how easy it is to use! We adore all our teachers! Everyone in the Kindercare family I have dealt with has gone above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with our childcare.

  My children have used this center for nearly 5 years and I love them! 5 stars center, very clean and communicative, love the app updates throughout the day and pictures

  I enrolled my daughter and due to circumstances, my husband and I unenrolled her. I emailed the director to let her know that my daughter would not be attending. The director also called me to confirm. They sent me to collections, I just received a letter this week. I gave plenty of advanced notice, never received a bill, and I don't even understand the amount that I'm being charged. Fighting this.
