  Absolutely love Melissa and Ms. Stephanie! They have gone above and beyond to make sure my little one and I feel supported, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The environment they create is nurturing, positive, and encouraging. We feel so lucky to be part of this school family.

  Kindercare Westlake has a truly caring staff. We have really seen it evolve positively over the last two years we’ve relied on their care. Some things that stand out are organizing fun activities for the kids like, field day, trunk or treat and pictures with Santa.

  Absolutely love KinderCare. All staff incredibly friendly during pick up and drop off. Especially enjoy getting picture and video updates during the work day, wish there was more!

  Bad Experience...I thought this would be a great place to introduce my toddler into daycare. I want in for orientation and was told there was not an opening yet they had me give them a $75 registration fee to hold her place (which I did) , i advised i was going to try it with a groupon first and asked if i should wait to purchase the groupon or purchase it now. Jenn advised me it would be ok to purchase now , because they would grant it either way since the wait was on their end. so i purchased the groupon.I was told they will contact me in a few weeks . weeks passed and I never heard anything, so I called them, they said a few more weeks , so I waited...i then called before the Groupon expired they had me come in and register again , I got my daughter's physical took it in, and again was told they would call me to let me know when she can start, they said maybe the following week...the week came and passed so I reached back again. now they are sorry to tell me they can't honor the Groupon with no other explanations except sorry. I then called back and asked for my $75 back since I was given the runaround for months, she says she can look into it once again...I advised her they still have my check it was not cashed and I'm requesting it back since I have now lost the funds in my Groupon already. she then tells me it's not refundable. I advised her again it hasn't been cashed and I want it mailed back otherwise I will need to contact an attorney, she then agreed to mail it back the next business day. she also claims to have contacted me through email throughout the process , which is not true. I can only say if I don't receive my check back I will contact an attorney, and they can then find a way to prove to the court's that have emailed me, because I definitely have my phone records.
