  Best best best childcare / preschool program ! My son started at another kinder care and it was a horrible experience. So I was very skeptical and traumatize with kinder care and the first tour Ms.katana and Ms.Stephanie made me feel So comfortable and reinsured ! Then my son teacher Ms. Kris is AMAZING! He always wants to go to his classroom never is hesitant about going to class they work so well with him. It makes me so happy to know while I’m working my son is learning and being loved on as if he is with family. This is the best center they work so well together from the front of the center to the teacher and kids. Also very interactive with parents! The app gives you a step by step of your child’s day ! Great environment I recommend to anybody who is thinking about a childcare in Westerville.

  I am so thrilled with the new management of directors at South Cleveland Ave KinderCare. Katana and Stephanie are exceptional. Their leadership is valued, and I believe there are great things in store. There is so much love and happiness and the staff are passionate, nurturing, patient, and amazing leaders/educators as they care for our children. For anyone looking for childcare, I highly recommend South Cleveland Ave KinderCare.

  My foster boys have been attending this day care for a year now. I enrolled them the week that they were placed in my care and I can’t express how grateful I am to have such a wonderful group of teachers to look after them. The care, the compassion and attentiveness of the staff is just beyond my expectations..The boys have learned so much. They take extra precautions during this time with Covid to ensure the health and safety of the kids and staff. This center is really great!

  I took my kids to this center up to the point they started grade school, the teachers were always warm and inviting, always filling me in on how wonderful my kids done every day.. They learned so much and were ahead of the game entering into grade school.. The management at this center always greeted me with a smile and a pleasant “hello” always keeping me up to date on anything new going on.. I would recommend this Cleveland Ave. Kindercare to anyone wanting there kids to be well taken care of and educated..

  I will give this center zero if I could. The two directors who took over the center lately are a joke, very rude, unprofessional. They don’t even acknowledge you and your child/children when you walk in, not even good morning, bye. The director who was there before them was wonderful, absolutely wonderful, until he was no longer there, and boom this two rude unprofessional woman took over, don’t know why they are the directors with such a stinking attitude. If you are thinking of bringing your child/children here, avoid it, take them somewhere else where they will appreciate your service. We pay for the childcare is not free, yet they treat you and your child like you are nothing. Very unprofessional. The center will have been great if it was for them, don’t know why they are there, was never Announce that the other guy was leaving and this rude unprofessional woman will be taking over, would have moved my child. My son teacher is the best, we have been in this KinderCare for 2 and half years, all the teachers my son has had are absolutely wonderful. We are still there because of the teachers.
