Our girls are thriving and learning so much and they truly love going to school each day. They have made such good friends in their classes and the teachers and staff truly care about the kids! We highly recommend Primrose West Chester to anyone looking for quality childcare for their littles.

My daughter was signed up to start prior to the pandemic, but due to the pandemic we changed plans and kept her home as long as possible until we were able to feel things out. The director (Carmen) was responsive and worked with us every step of the way. She really made a stressful time so much easier on us. We started attending 4-5 months ago and my daughter LOVES it. The teachers in the infant room are amazing. I trust them wholeheartedly and they are so kind and patient with the kids. My daughter has a great time and does so many more activities than I have at the house. She has learned a lot and I can tell she is stimulated throughout the day. They also send me pictures while I am at work which is such a nice treat. All of the staff know the kids by name and they have a really welcoming environment. When I initially toured the facility, one of the major determining factor of our decision was the cleanliness of the facility. Even prior to the pandemic they had hand sanitizer stations readily available and the facility always smells nice and is picked up nicely. My daughter is always clean when I pick her up and the teachers are great about making sure my daughter is changed regularly and does not develop any diaper rashes. At one point my daughter was having a stomach issue that was resulting in minor diaper rashes (I was having trouble controlling it at home as well until we found the cause) and the staff went out of their way to discuss a diapering/cream/ointment program with me to make sure they were doing everything possible to help us calm her skin. I am so glad I made the decision to send my daughter here.
