  came in for a highlight as someone who does their own hair but wanted something special for graduation. i told them my situation in my consultation (that i've done my hair at home for years) and they were extremely judgmental and rude as soon as i said that. i understand what box dye does to your hair, and i knew coming into it what might happen, but how i was treated was unacceptable. two instructors prodded at my hair and shook their heads without talking to me like i was a model head instead of a person. the student sat in a chair on her phone the whole time they did a test strand, and when they decided they didn't want to do it, they sent me home without saying anything but "you should get a keratin treatment." i would say i was disappointed, but i rather waste the $14 appointment fee on nothing than sit in there with them for 4+ hours treating me inhumanely because i used box dye. this is not a welcoming environment for someone who's not a regular, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. i hope the instructors can learn how to treat people better (and teach their students to do the same).

  I went a while back and teachers were RUDE. I had to leave with NOTHING done because of what seemed to be just laziness. The poor student wanted to try but the teachers wouldn’t even give it the time of day. They did not want to do what I wanted or even work with me at all. They talked to me like I was a child. I ended up going to another salon and they did exactly what I wanted no problem. Save ur money & time.

  A real arrogant director here. Plan on reporting to the board let's see if you have that same arrogant mindset! Very very arrogant can't wait to see the apologies
