  I love my hair and the service was great and everyone who worked on my hair took great pride in their work...I will definitely be back.

  They did a great job washing and detoxing my dread locks, and finished my retwist quickly. The stylists there were nice andpaid great attention to detail. While also being very affordable. Morgan did a good job.

  I did not have a great experience here. Did not feel welcoming, was not greeted when I arrvied or anything. Waited around a few minutes before they really acknowledged me. Seems very disorganized, no one seemed to know who was do who or what. Nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time one of the students approaches me to take me back but after realizing what I had an appointment for flat out refused to do it because they had to leave soon. Okay, fine. I can reschedule don't wanna be an inconvenience to anybody. But it really rubbed me the wrong way how she just flat out refused and walked away. This is supposed to be a beauty school, right? I think they forgot to teach the customer service and professional part. I received good and understanding service from the lady who was originally supposed to do my hair but seems she was doubled booked, and the student who was working the front desk after change. I was going to reschedule, but quite frankly after sitting on it I don't wanna waste any more time here. It was my 1st visit and my last. I would strongly suggest figuring out a good system that's works for both the students, teachers, and clients as well because the experience sucked and I didn't even get my service done.

  I had a wonderful experience and the best results! The teacher’s dedication was on top of the student at all times! Providing guidance and experience. Once again the results speak for itself! I’m a happy customer! Thank you and great job! Kudos to the teacher

  I had a wonderful experience at Destiny Beauty School! I originally planned to go in for a pedicure, but my babysitter fell through and I had to bring my son along. The team was incredibly accommodating and made it a completely stress-free visit. Kerri and Sophia took amazing care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The space was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service in a friendly environment!
