What I like most about Primrose School is the caring and supportive environment. My son attends Primrose, and I’ve been very happy with the teachers and staff. They genuinely care about the children, communicate well with parents, and create a safe, nurturing place for kids to learn and grow. I’ve also been impressed with the educational activities and the positive atmosphere.

Very grateful for Primrose Pickerington. After an awful experience at another daycare in Pickerington came to Primrose. Sophia and the staff have been amazing patient and helpful. Ms. Ashley, Ms. P, Ms. Maggie, and Ms. Aryn have been so fabulous and helpful. They are patient, kind, and seem to love their job caring for these precious, impressionable children. Having school lunches, and snacks is another huge benefit and saves us more time than we could ever imagine. I think this helps with the overall mood of our son too. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack all provided. My only regret is not choosing primrose in the first place. Thank you for your help, care, and patience with our guy! If you are considering school or a change this school is wonderful and I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Primrose with our 6 month old. It can be incredibly stressful leaving your new baby in the hands of strangers, but the teachers and staff at Primrose have been phenomenal every step of the way. Mrs Stacey and Miss Lindsey in the young infant classroom are both wonderful and very obviously passionate about caring for infants. They genuinely seem to enjoy our baby and truly make an effort to foster his development. We get photos nearly every day of our baby appearing happy and comfortable, along with updates throughout the day on feeding, diapering, and activities. It truly takes a village, and the folks at Primrose have become part of ours. If you are looking for a safe, clean, nurturing daycare to leave your children while you work, I highly recommend that you consider them. It has been worth every penny to know my son is happy, safe, and cared for.

I am absolutely mortified and disgusted with this center. I will start by saying, my son, whom will be 3 in April, has been home with myself, his dad, and teenage siblings since birth. His very first experience with daycare and perfect strangers could not have gone any worse. He’s a very inquisitive, happy, and talkative little guy! Naturally he had a rough day as any child would whether their first time or not. He closed off to become more familiar to get comfortable and then opened up and began playing and exchanging with everyone (teachers and children) as the day progressed. I was told this was completely normal and expected as his day wasn’t the worst. I was reassured things will get better with time and my anxiety was probably worse than his. Sophia and I laughed about it and moved on. I later received emails stating that my application was withdrawn. I called and spoke with the the director and was told that there were TWO emails stating that my child is “not a good fit” and that “they don’t have the proper resources for him as he is NON-VERBAL!?” The fact that these people could erroneously label my child and detail such information is SICK. If they are not patient and equipped to handle a child that’s never been around strangers, that’s one thing, but to say he’s “non-verbal” and they “can’t accomodate his needs” is absolutely absurd and malicious! Amy and Brianna and anyone else involved, you should be ashamed of yourselves. It didn’t matter that he counted the numbers on the wall…it didn’t matter that pointed to things and spoke about them, it didn’t matter that he said good morning to you both and the children in class. Should we discuss what non-verbal looks like?! If they didn’t want him in their class, it could have just been simply, he’s not a good fit because he didn’t adjust well, but to falsely label a baby is disgusting. Discrimination is what this feels like; my baby looks nothing like the other children in this school. This has to be God saving us from something. I won’t question it, but I wouldn’t encourage ANYONE to choose Primrose Pickerington. I pray this is isolated to this location and not part of their culture. Imagine the hateful conversations held in private. To collectively conjure up such things is awful and vile.
