I just wanted to say how awesome our principal, Josh, is. He's so understanding and has made sure everything is working well for my kid. I'm truly grateful that he's our principal.
I'm also so happy that my son's teacher, Isabella, is back. It makes everything so much easier for this mama, especially knowing that my son is continuing to improve. She knows exactly how to work with him and what to say to help him succeed.
He always says, "Mama, mama, me go Sarah and Bella," and it melts my heart because it shows how much he loves being with them. I'm so thankful for the care, patience, and support they've shown my son.

After four wonderful years, it is incredibly difficult to say goodbye to Ready Set Grow. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed, supported, and confident that our child was in caring and capable hands.
The teachers have been wonderful! They consistently showed genuine care, patience, and attention to each child's individual needs. The relationships they built with our children made such a positive impact and created an environment where they felt loved and excited to learn.
Over the years, we have watched our child gain confidence, make friends, and reach important milestones, and we are so grateful to the entire staff for being part of that journey. We are moving and wish we could take Ready Set Grow with us!

First and foremost, the classroom teachers in Infant 4 are absolutely wonderful, incredibly loving, and completely dedicated to the children. They do a phenomenal job under impossible circumstances. This 1-star review is strictly for management's chronic failure to support them and maintain a safe facility.
Over the last two months, this facility has experienced an unacceptable pattern of operational and facility neglect. A window broke in the infant classroom on March 26th and was left unsealed for nearly 60 days, utilizing an insufficient temporary patch of plastic wrap and a board with vague repair deadlines. This allowed outdoor elements and insects directly into an active infant room, causing my child to suffer frequent bites.
Due to the unsealed building envelope, the HVAC system completely failed on May 18th, requiring emergency portable AC units to be rolled into the infant rooms. Management's notices completely failed to clarify which specific classrooms were impacted, hiding the true extent of the temperature risk from parents, and they provided zero follow-up communication to confirm that the HVAC repair was ever actually completed. Furthermore, staff have confirmed the HVAC system has broken down every single summer for the past two years without a permanent fix, a fact management routinely masks from families.
Furthermore, the facility has experienced structural roof leaks, chronic staffing shortages causing constantly fluctuating, rotating teachers in the classroom, and a total collapse of the building's main secure-entry doors and electronic keypad system. Because there is no physical front desk or security vestibule, a broken security keypad means anyone can walk directly from the parking lot into the secure hallways completely unverified. Without a secure checkpoint, it is highly unlikely and operationally impossible for rotating admin staff to properly identify and verify authorized guardians allowed to pick up children, creating an immediate liability.
The teachers themselves have explicitly pushed management for transparent communication and immediate maintenance action regarding these severe safety and security risks, but their internal requests were completely ignored by leadership. When we brought these facility failures to the District Director, they chose to completely stonewall and ignore our communications. We have immediately withdrawn our child due to these compounding safety violations and have reported the facility to state licensing boards. Excellent teachers; completely failed by management. Proceed with extreme caution.

We cannot say enough about this place. Overall, we love the teachers, the communication, and the programming for learning. Our 4 year-old loves Pre-K and has been learning the necessary skills for kindergarten. Our child comes home with great questions and discusses the variety of topics he learns during the day. In regards to our experiences with the infant class, our child is extremely cared for and has experiences with reading, painting, motor skills, and other developmental milestones. What really drew us to this center is that there are no TVs in any of the classrooms! That means the children are spending their day learning and playing, rather than just being occupied by a television. They also offer programming and additional activities such as soccer, yoga, karate, vet/med school, etc. We love the constant updates through the app, with the ability to see pictures, the daily lesson plan, and to send/receive messages. We ADORE this place!

RSG has been wonderful for our family. Every morning we walk in, the staff are always warm and welcoming. All the teachers are invested in every child's well-being, which matters a lot when you were trying to choose the right space for your child to grow and thrive. I love that they also provide some bilingual education! Thank you RSG, you guys rock.
