  When I first enrolled my daughter here I was excited getting her out of the house and starting daycare at an early age , was wanting her to gain new experiences when it came to learning . At the time Juneda was the Director , all I can say is she was the best , very attentive and considerate. Fast forward to now , they have Tiffany and Brooke that are very inconsiderate and have a nonchalant attitude. They don’t care about your concerns or feelings, they tend to brush you off in a rude manner . My daughter had been out of daycare for over a week due to obvious reasons. Brooke had told me my daughter space was going to be kept till she returns. They call me on the day she was returning to tell me I had an outstanding past due balance , don’t know how , that was suppose to be paid before she can get accepted , had no problem paying cuz I wanted her in daycare that day due to me having exams in school that morning . Her dad took her that morning , we made the payment , only for Brooke and the clueless Director Tiffany to tell her dad she can’t be acceptable that day cuz she has to be enrolled again and won’t show up in system till the next day . My thing is why didn’t you say that over the phone when we spoke that money ? Why wait until her dad had left what he was doing and wasting his gas to drive over there before you realize she had to be enrolled again , you didn’t tell me she was not enrolled in the first place . I have had issues with both of them before in reference to cut off time . They seems rude in my opinion. I will be transferring my daughter to another daycare because of the Tiffany and Brooke . Wish Juneda was still around . I also contacted the head office to launch a complaint against them two . Worst director and assistant . This review is from Tutue kpoto

  My husband and I did our research when looking for childcare for our daughter ... we visited MANY childcare centers and talked to MANY different directors/teachers and we came to this conclusion: For many "schools" (as we call it) the facilities are similar, even the curriculum is similar, but what absolutely makes the school are the people. From the moment we stepped in the front doors of New Albany KinderCare we felt welcomed, we felt heard, and we have been thoroughly informed (and continue to be). She loves her teachers and she comes home learning something new every day. I can't tell you how much being able to trust her teachers and her care gives us peace of mind. When our 2 year old comes home saying, "Miss Jenn is my best friend" you know they're doing something right! I highly recommend checking this place out, once you meet the teachers/staff you won't want to send your kids anywhere else!

  I took my daughter here when she had just turned a year old. She had never really been in a daycare setting due to the pandemic and I was unsure of how she would do. The staff at New Albany Kindercare ensured that my daughter was well taken care of and worked with her to build trusting relationships with other adults as well as socializing with kids her own age. The director and assistant director were always very supportive and timely on their responses. Honestly, I would have kept her at this location if I didn't get a spot at my work's daycare center - I have no reservations in recommending this Kindercare to anyone looking for dependable, safe childcare. It is very tough for any parent to leave their child with strangers but my daughter grew to enjoy her time at Kindercare and with her teachers. The activities and learning included play but also purposeful for the children to develop and they post a lot of pictures so you can check in on your little one throughout the day. I am a nurse and their standards for cleanliness and approach to COVID-19 made me feel even more comfortable. If I ever have a need in the future for childcare, I undoubtedly would return to Kindercare New Albany!

  This daycare has done amazing things to help my daughter grow as a person. I've noticed since she started there, she has become more mobile and more verbal than she use to be. I highly recommend this daycare.
