We love Primrose Medina! From leadership down to the support staff, you can tell they truly care about the children. Our kids have been going there for almost 3 years now and we couldn’t be happier with their progress and the truly loving care they provide at all ages.

Great place with caring staff. Our bilingual kid felt confident there, he learned a lot, they got him ready for a kindergarten, he was able to learn to connect with other kids, and all of this gives a great peace of mind for us, parents. We will be coming back to Primrose Strongsville with our second kid.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives. The staff genuinely care about the children and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment every day. We appreciate the communication, attention to detail, and the love they show our son. It’s comforting to know he’s in such great hands, and we highly recommend this daycare to other families.

I want to start by saying that this daycare has many positive sides. The facility is very clean, well organized, and the teachers are genuinely kind, caring, and professional. My children feel comfortable there, and I truly appreciate the effort the staff puts into maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. However, despite these positives, I am extremely disappointed and exhausted with the way the after-school and no-school day care is handled. I signed my children up specifically for the after-school program because, as a working single mother, transportation is not always possible for me. The expectation when enrolling in an after-school program is that there is a plan in place for school closures, snow days, and no-school days especially since these are predictable and happen every year. At this daycare, I am required to call 24 hours in advance to check availability for no-school or snow days. Unfortunately, schools often announce closures or changes at the last minute, leaving parents with no time to call ahead. When this happens, I am told there is no availability due to lack of staff. As a result, I am forced to stay home and miss work. At this moment, I have been stuck at home for three days, unable to work, simply because the daycare did not have enough staff to accommodate children who are already enrolled. I am the only person financially responsible for my household, and I do not have anyone else to rely on for childcare. This situation puts me in an impossible position. What I do not understand is this: if there is not enough staff, why are children signed up for the after-school program in the first place? Enrollment should reflect the daycare’s actual capacity especially for situations like snow days or school closures. My previous daycare never had this issue; they always prepared in advance when school was closed. This is the first time I have experienced this level of inconsistency and lack of planning from a daycare. While I truly like the cleanliness of the facility and respect the teachers, this ongoing issue has caused me significant stress, financial strain, and exhaustion. Unfortunately, because this problem keeps happening, I will not be continuing with this daycare. I will also be reaching out to the appropriate channels to file a formal complaint, because working parents especially single parents deserve reliability and proper planning when it comes to childcare. This review is written not out of anger, but out of deep frustration and disappointment. I hope management takes this seriously and makes changes, because families depend on these services to survive, not just to “get by.”

Our son started at Primrose mid-October. We cannot say enough about this facility. Each and every person on staff from the owner, director, assistant director, and all of the teachers have been nothing short of amazing! We are SO glad that we made the needed change from one daycare to another. Our son has flourished in his short time there, and it is due to the love, care, and attention he has received each day. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for quality care!
