  I historically have more natural frizz than curl, but the keratin treatment Maleah did for me changed that. My hair has never been so nice. I even got caught in the rain yesterday and my hair didn't get frizzy. Great job Maleah!

  I highly recommend requesting Mikie. as a haircutter and stylist. He is excellent with a razor cut.

  It was such a relaxing and fun appointment with Morgan, she clearly loves her job and is willing to suggest new things with her clients!! I discovered curls that I have been trying to hide can actually be fun!!

  The end product came out beautiful, however the getting there was absolutely awful. I had an appointment for 9 and they double booked. I waited over 45 minutes to finally be taken back. From there my stylist barely said 2 words to me. When she rinsed me, my entire back all the way down to my butt was soaked as well as spraying me in the fave several time. Then I was burnt multiple times from the blow dryer. The actual experience was terrible. I do understand that it is students but not burning people or getting them soaked should be fairly easy.

  I’m a current student nearing graduation, and would definitely recommend the Salon Institute to prospective students. The atmosphere is upscale and professional, while also being fun and inspiring creativity. The instructors are kind, supportive, and I’ve found them to also be vested in my success. Above all else, I feel as though the education is strong and truly does prepare you for state boards and the foundation for a successful career. I’m glad I chose to pursue my cosmetology education here!
