  Update !! Since my comment was deleted I figured I’ll post it again!! The truth hurts and something they do not want to face. This building needs to close its doors severely understaff. I will keep reposting and reposting everytime it gets deleted. They do not deserve credit where credit has not been earned. Whoregan “Morgan” has really made this place go downhill she is very arrogant. Very rude and disrespectful when you call in to give a heads up that you are picking your child up early. When she answers the phone no hello just enchanted then silence. When she is there she is always talking drama with another teacher and not even trying to hide it. What I find very unprofessional and disrespectful. She is very hostile and not enjoyable to be around seems like always feel she has an attitude no smile hello how are ya nothing just so much more but all of this is exactly why I pulled my children from enchanted. Because of Morgan. Not because of enchanted strictly because of Morgan.

  Our daughter has been at this daycare since October and we’re honestly so grateful for everyone there. As parents of a preemie, it meant a lot to find people we could trust and they’ve been amazing with her from day one. She’s learned so much already and it’s been really special to watch her grow there. Ms. Morgan, all the infant teachers, the toddler 1 teacher, and every staff member who steps in to help or sub are so kind and caring! we feel really lucky to have them

  Our son has had such a wonderful experience at Enchanted Care in Hilliard. The teachers that have worked with him have been extremely kind, caring, and patient. He has learned and grown so much and we largely thank the team at Enchanted Care for that. Shout out to Ms. Layla and Ms. Genesis! - They are the best!

  0 star I would not recommend Enchanted Care due to my experience with the principal. Unfortunately, she comes across as very rude and unprofessional in her interactions. Concerns are not taken seriously, and there seems to be a lack of accountability when it comes to addressing issues. As a parent, you expect leadership to be supportive, respectful, and proactive—but that has not been my experience here. It’s disappointing because the environment should feel welcoming and well-managed, especially when it comes to children’s care and education. I hope improvements are made in leadership and communication moving forward.

  We have been so pleased with our time at Enchanted Care! We have been so fortunate to have incredibly caring, warm, creative and attentive teachers, and our child loves going to school each day. We feel that the children are treated as individuals with individual needs, while also allowing them to learn and develop from a structured curriculum.
