As parents of a preemie, it meant a lot to find people we could trust and they’ve been amazing with her from day one. She’s learned so much already and it’s been really special to watch her grow there. Ms. Morgan, all the infant teachers, the toddler 1 teacher, and every staff member who steps in to help or sub are so kind and caring! we feel really lucky to have them

He has learned and grown so much and we largely thank the team at Enchanted Care for that. Shout out to Ms. Layla and Ms. Genesis! - They are the best!

Unfortunately, she comes across as very rude and unprofessional in her interactions. Concerns are not taken seriously, and there seems to be a lack of accountability when it comes to addressing issues. As a parent, you expect leadership to be supportive, respectful, and proactive—but that has not been my experience here. It’s disappointing because the environment should feel welcoming and well-managed, especially when it comes to children’s care and education. I hope improvements are made in leadership and communication moving forward.
