  We couldn't be more grateful for the care and dedication Ms. Andi Bowling has shown to our daughter this year. Our daughter absolutely adores her and is always excited to see her each morning. She talks about her at home all the time, and it's clear that she feels safe, loved, and genuinely happy in her care. Ms. Andi is incredibly patient, and always in a great mood. She greets the children with a warm smile and positive energy , making them feel welcome and cared from the moment they arrive. Her enthusiasm and genuine love for what she does are contagious, and it's easy to see why the children are so comfortable around her. We also want to recognize Mrs. Blake, who is always there to greet us with a smile at drop-off and pick-up. She does an excellent job keeping parents informed about what's happening at the daycare and is always approachable, organized, and willing to help. Her friendly presence and clear communication make every day run smoothly and give parents added peace of mind. As parents, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is in such caring and capable hands. Thank you to the entire Primrose School at Pinnacle team for creating such a warm, positive, and nurturing environment.

  We are so grateful to be a part of the Primrose School of Pinnacle family. Our little one has been attending Primrose, and we truly appreciate the care, love, and support she receives every day. The teachers and staff are wonderful, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. A special thank you to Miss Roxy, Miss Kresta, and Miss K for the kindness, encouragement, and care you show our little one. It means so much to know that she is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment while we are away. Thank you to the entire Primrose team for everything you do.   We have been part of the Primrose Pinnacle family since 2020. The staff and teachers continue to foster an environment where our children feel safe and happy while learning new things every week. Their thoughtful updates throughout the day give me peace of mind while I am at work and away from my children. Most specifically I'd like to shout out Mrs. Roxanne Eaton- she has tirelessly worked to navigate tough classroom behaviors and big feelings with our child. She is a natural caregiver with patience beyond measure. We are extremely grateful to have our children in her care. Additionally, Ms. Krista, Ms. Colleen, Mr. M, and Mrs. Kara have all taken wonderful care of our kids. A special shout out to Mr. Chris who makes the best cookies to celebrate making it to Friday each week- something all the kids look forward to!

  We’re so grateful for the team at Pinnacle. My nephew went here while going through a bit of a tough transition during a move and the staff were very loving and patient. The curriculum is great and the communication is very appreciated. It was refreshing to see the attention to details on a daily basis… it felt welcoming and safe.
