The structured daily routine helped my non-English-speaking kids adapt with confidence, and every staff member showed remarkable care and attentiveness. Our son is bilingual and we have a very challenging, travel-heavy schedule, but the school was always incredibly accommodating and flexible in adjusting to our needs. The teachers and staff made every effort to create a very personalized approach for him. Before starting at Primrose, he was a very picky eater and struggled with sleep routines, but thanks to their care and structured environment, he learned not only to eat a variety of foods but also to nap consistently and for the right amount of time. They really took the time to understand his specific needs and made him feel very special and supported every day. The owners are truly wonderful – warm, communicative, and clearly dedicated to creating a positive experience for every family. The rest of the staff is just as fantastic. We always felt confident that our son was in the best hands. Highly recommend Primrose of Upper Arlington to any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and thoughtful environment for their child!

I love how structured everything is so its clear what to expect when it comes to the schedule, meals/snacks, and daily activities. I also appreciate how the staff feels like an extension of our community in caring for our child. We love that the teachers our child has had have been around for a long time and are excellent at their jobs.
