  We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose, and we are so grateful for the love, care, and support they provide to our family. As a first-time mom, putting my baby in daycare was a huge adjustment, and I definitely came in with a million questions. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and patient, never making me feel rushed or like I’m asking too much. Everyone knows and loves our little one, and it is clear that he is genuinely cared for and supported each day. A very special thank you to his teacher, Ms. Zy, who has been absolutely wonderful. She has been so patient, gentle, and intentional with him, especially as he adjusted to daycare. He started at 5 months exclusively breastfed and still learning how to take a bottle, and now he is drinking his bottles like a champ! I truly believe her patience and encouragement played such a big role in that. She has been such a blessing to our family and truly feels like our angel. Drop-offs are still hard for me as a mom, but my anxiety is so much more at ease knowing he is in such great hands. Seeing how much he has grown and blossomed since starting has been incredibly reassuring. We are so thankful to the entire Primrose team for creating such a nurturing and welcoming environment, and we would absolutely recommend Primrose to other families looking for a place where their little one will be genuinely cared for and loved.

  First child in daycare and I feel extremely comfortable with sending my daughter to this school. Staff is very friendly, professional and flexible. Clean facilities, gated and feels secure. Would highly recommend.

  We love Primrose Downtown! The staff is attentive and caring, and the teachers truly make all the difference. They clearly love what they do and it brings me so much comfort knowing my toddler is in good hands! She also loves going to school, and the social abilities she has learned while there have been impressive. Thank you, Primrose!

  Our son attended Primrose School of Columbus Downtown from age two through Pre-K, and our daughter has been enrolled since she was about six months old. We originally chose Primrose because of its comprehensive curriculum, which supports children’s learning and development from infancy through Pre-K. As a teacher, I understand how important those early years are, and we wanted a program that would provide a strong foundation. We have been incredibly happy with the growth we’ve seen in both of our children—not only as students, but as kind, confident, and curious people. Over the years, they have been fortunate to have many wonderful teachers who made them feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school each day. Ms. Brandy, in particular, has had a tremendous impact on our daughter. From the moment she walks into the classroom until the moment she leaves, Ms. Brandy brings warmth, positivity, and genuine love for her students. It is clear that she cares deeply about each child and creates an environment where they can thrive. We highly recommend Primrose School of Columbus Downtown to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality early childhood education.
