  I called corporate on these people before and told them to please not tell them I called in fear of my daughters treatment and they didn’t listen I was confronted the next day. My biggest regret as a mother was sending my kid here for a year. Teachers come and go, need higher pay considering KINDERCARE is a multibillion dollar company. They sent me picture of my 2 year old sleeping on the FLOOR. My baby would scream and cry every day I left. This place also has no cameras. It wasn’t until my toddlers private parts were INFLAMED crying in agony that I finally took her out. My girl is so much happier now 🥰 Side note I’ve also witnessed teachers threatening kids with whoopings (specifically black children) and I don’t know how many times I’ve seen kids private parts sitting on the toilet door wide open

  This place is soooo mid my child told me that the teachers took off their shoes and put them on the tables WHeRe THe KIdS ATe this is so disgusting and there was a WINDOW where the bathroom was where the TEACHeRS would peak to look at the children using the bathroom???? And in the summer they had sprinklers for the kids so they let the boys change in the bathroom while THe GIRLS CHANGED IN A BABy ROOM WHERe THEy COULD SEE EAChOThEr my child said the food was nasty and there was no fun what so ever again 2 stars

  All of the teachers at Hard Rd. are truly wonderful. As a working parent, the most important thing to me is knowing that my children are safe and well cared for every single day—and I never doubt that for a moment. The center runs as a true team, and I’ve seen each of you care for my children with so much love and attention. When my child is excited to go to daycare because they want to see their teacher, it makes the challenge of leaving them each day so much easier.

  I absolutely love this center. My children have been to several centers prior, and I can tell you from my experience with others that this particular center has the most caring and competent staff. They genuinely love the kids and enjoy being a part of your child's development, keep you in the loop of what is going on in the classroom, and build individual learning relationships with each child. I cannot say enough about Michelle in particular, she has had (and continues to have) a huge impact on my child's learning and development. Give that woman a raise.

  We waited six months on their waiting list. They kept moving the date further out. Finally, l confronted the director and she said she didn't know when the next opening would be. We decided to check the next nearest Kinder Care ... BINGO! Started immediately!
