  Our 2.5 year old has been here since she was about 6 months old. We had a very scary experience with unsafe sleep at another daycare and were able to get in at EC part time quickly, and we are so glad we did. Each class she has been in, she has loved the teachers and her friends. She talks about her teacher and the muscle room all the time. Communication is great. Meals/snacks are balanced and healthy, and they accommodate our family's diet perfectly well.

  The best thing I truly could have ever done was move my children to Enchanted, I love the campassion the teachers show to my children and the patience they teach them. It is hard enough being a working parent and to know my children are in a safe, caring, and welcoming place makes the days a little easier. I appreciate all the staff at Enchanted and all the hard work and dedication they put into my children I 100 percent would recommend to anyone. 🙂

  I appreciate the current leadership team working to increase communication and stability within the center. They have always been responsive and willing to listen or problem solve when needed. They work to give students great experiences and offer parents opportunities to see student work, attend events, and connect. I’m proud of how much my daughter is learning and growing!

  Edit 3-3-26: Yesterday at pickup I was able to speak with the vice principal. Who unlike the principal offered solutions and understanding to the problems brought up. I understand policies and licensing are important but the kids should come above all and I don't feel like that is who comes first anymore. Then again today at dropoff there was a new teach in infants who didn't introduce themselves, say hi, or anything just rudely told me I couldn't do something I have always done to protect the baby from getting hit and scratched by the toddlers, like he has been before, and to keep the toddlers and shoes out of the baby room. One of the major problems I have is once I bring up an issue or have a problem, then I am "retaliated against" by there being a "new rule". This has happened all 3 times when I have had an issue. It's never fails. Don't ignore a rule being "broke" until you don't like what someone says. 1. High teacher and admin turn over. Been going here about a year and a half. Initially everything was good, we transfered from a bad daycare. But there has been so many teachers and administration changes. New rules that have "always been in place", but are only mentioned or enforced with some kids when there is an issue with the parent. Certain teachers aren't doing there jobs when I comes to bathroom breaks and cleanliness. My child has started to regression in his behavior and when speaking to admin there is no solution and really no care. Emails sent and ignore. I'm frustrated because this was such a good daycare when we started he was doing so good but all the teacher that seemed like they really cared have quit.

  The facility itself is nice…the only issue I’ve had is with leadership or lack there of. I don’t do well with inconsistent expectations.
