  Started the kiddo at Enchanted Care Gahanna in late April, and it’s been a dream since. The staff really cares about the kids and it shows. We look forward to starting the academic year with them and seeing what excited things await.

  I’m extremely disappointed with how my children’s enrollment was handled, especially after reviewing the written communication I received from the center. We toured twice in April while preparing to relocate from Toledo to Columbus in October. From the beginning, I was upfront that we would be using Title XX. We asked what was required to secure our children’s spots and completed the paperwork we were instructed to complete. On April 16, the principal specifically emailed me stating that to hold their spots, they needed the registration paper, enrollment agreement, and fee schedule. She then stated in writing, “Once I get these three pieces of paper, it will reserve their spots for October.” We were also told that the $100-per-child registration fees could wait until closer to October. Now in August, I’m being given completely different explanations for why their spots were not reserved: the $100 fees weren’t paid, Title XX paperwork wasn’t submitted, and Title XX spots supposedly cannot be held for more than one month. None of those explanations match what we were told in April. If Title XX meant their spots could not actually be reserved until October, that should have been explained when I disclosed we were using Title XX. If additional paperwork was required, we should have been told that when we specifically asked what was needed. I understand that completing required paperwork is a parent’s responsibility, but I followed the instructions that were given to me. I cannot complete requirements I was never told about—especially after receiving written confirmation that the requested paperwork would reserve their spots for October. I purposely started looking for childcare six months in advance to avoid being in this exact situation. Had we been given accurate information in April, I would have continued looking elsewhere instead of believing my children’s October childcare had been secured. Very disappointing communication and an incredibly frustrating situation for a family preparing to relocate.

  We enrolled our daughter here a little more than 4 months ago, and it was the best decision we made for her development. The staff listened to our concerns regarding behavioral and academic issues we had experienced at our previous daycare, and focused on that the first few weeks. Since then, we have seen huge improvements in both areas. She looks forward to going to “school” now. The staff is amazing; super friendly, super helpful and they communicate way better than what we had dealt with previously. We recommend them to any family looking to enroll their child(ren)

  We have been sending our son to enchanted care since he was 12 weeks old (now approaching 2 years). We have enjoyed our experience through the infant, toddler 1, and toddler 2 rooms. The environment is clean, the leadership is invested in creating a positive culture and accountability, and the staff genuinely care for my child. It feels like everyone in the building knows him and he is happy to be there. There has definitely been turnover, but I don't know any childcare center that is immune to that. I have appreciated how the leadership has addressed concerns we have and improved the experience. My husband and I love the diversity in students and teachers, that health is prioritized (vaccines and enforcing sick time), that our payment includes 2 snacks and a lunch, that they are open 7am - 6pm almost every weekday of the year, that schedules are communicated a year in advance to plan for closures, that a that there is a safe environment to play indoors and outdoors, and that we get photos daily that include learning objectives. We feel the family environment at enchanted care and feel safe leaving our son in their hands.

  My son started daycare here last year in November 2025. The staff is so caring and they take great care of him. They offer so many different activities, camps, outings etc for the kids. I definitely give a 5 star. Highly recommend!!!
