- DCDanielle ClarkApr 20, 20265.0I love this center, both of my kids have been going here for almost two years and have had a great experience. The teachers are kind, loving and very communicative. The center director Mary, is very helpful and has been very accommodating to our family’s needs.
- ADA DFeb 11, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with our experience at KinderCare. While there are a few teachers who are kind and truly care about the kids, the overall consistency and management have been concerning. Diapering schedules are not always followed, which has led to repeated diaper rashes. That’s a basic care expectation in any childcare setting, and it’s frustrating to see it overlooked. I’ve also noticed that classroom ratios don’t always seem to be met, which raises concerns about both supervision and safety. The director’s demeanor adds to the problem. She often speaks with a harsh tone, especially toward the older school-age children, and comes across as unapproachable. Instead of creating a warm, welcoming environment for families and kids, the atmosphere frequently feels tense and uncomfortable. I hoped for a nurturing, well-managed center, but our experience has been inconsistent and disappointing. I would encourage leadership to take family concerns more seriously and focus on improving daily care standards and communication.

Diapers went unchanged and food restrictions were not followed at all. They gave her foods that she was allergic to, causing rashes. We removed my granddaughter.
