  I absolutely love the staff and director to all FairPlay locations! Massillon, belden village and where my 3 kids attend on cherry rd, very dependable and full of resources for parents with different needs, before and after school always on time. Would I recommend? Yes 💯 percent. ♥️♥️♥️ love you all Thanks for loving and supporting our kids. A definition of a village. The Fye Family♥️

  Kindercare is a great daycare I love the fact that my daughter loves it there.. The staff does a phenomenal job. I am greeted everyday rather it’s a good morning or good night and that means a lot. On top of that my daughter looks forward into going to daycare everyday she gets to interact with other little friends her age. She’s learning a lot. She don’t only go to day care to play she’s been taught how to do things and how to be successful when she’s older. All and all I just love this daycare and wouldn’t change them for the world🥰

  Amazing place. All the people who work here are so kind and wonderful with my daughter. She came here from a place that I don't think was treating her right and would kick and scream as soon as we pilled into the parking lot. Within 2 weeks she was a happier child and walks right in. She loves it there and so do I. I know that she is taken care of and happy and leaning so much. I also love all the pictures I get throughout the day. It is just truly a great place for children to learn and grow.

  Best decision we ever made was taking our son here. They are all so professional and caring loving people. My son has a great time and we look at them as family! Thank you for all you do for all of our kids!

  The staff that cared for my children were wonderful. The issue that I have is with their lack of communication. My children's father and I are not together. He would drop them off in the AM and I picked them up. One day I was handed a note saying that I was not permitted to bring my children back until I brought 2 packs of wipe and a box of diapers to replace their diapers and then more for my children. Apparently they spoke to their father and told them that the kids needed more stuff but never mentioned it to me. Then upon leaving I paid what I thought was my final bill. The last day that my kids were in there I even asked if I needed to complete anything else for them. I was told no. Then I was contacted via email by the administrator asking why the kids were leaving and if they would return. I had lost my job so I informed them that the children would not be returning until I got a new job and that was if they had room. About a week later I was told that I would be charged for the full amount for their last week. That they had tried to get in contact with me but were not able to. So even though the administrator (the same person to charge me) was in contact with me by email multiple times and never mentioned that I had something else to complete for JOBS I was still charged. Later I contacted someone above her and explained the situation, showed her the emails and she said the charges would be removed from the account. Now I am getting collection calls. Lack of communication is a huge problem here!!! Hopefully nobody else has the same issue.
