Understaffed, constantly observed they were out of ratio, rude teachers that aren’t trained well enough to work with children (getting angry with kids for acting like kids) or how to communicate appropriately with parents. Had so many problems here and not a single one since choosing another facility.

The workers are horrible at communication about things and they are honestly pretty rude. Everyday my son comes home with bumps, bruises and scratches that they have no explanation for. They also talk very poorly about the children because I know some teachers on the inside that talk about their concern with that. I am looking for another school for my son now but I can’t wait to get out of here. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

- RSRachelle StaleyJan 18, 20161.0My son no longer attends rainbow he used to cry everyday when I told him we were going he didn't want to go I couldn't figure out why he never wanted to go until he got a little bit of an attitude in front of 1 of the workers there and she grabbed him by the arm and jerked him towards her I have never been so disgusted by anything in my life he loves daycare now and I've never been happier to take him out of rainbow it was the best decision I ever made... Also I got a letter in the mail months after he no longer went there with a bill of over 500 dollars that I was never informed that I owed knowing that I had assistance with daycare you think that would have been mentioned
