  PARENTS BE WARNED. I left this place on vouchers and gave them a notice and they said it was fine because I was moving last minute. Gave them a week notice but not a full 2 weeks. They said it was okay at the time and I wouldn’t owe anything, but now a year later are sending debt collector notices after me because I didn’t give them my full 2 weeks. So they want my last week I guess now a year later. So people that are looking to come here be warned of the bad customer service and lies. I was also never happy with my care there for my son. Extremely disappointed with this cheap company.

  This is a very sketchy daycare to leave your child at. Understaffed, constantly observed they were out of ratio, rude teachers that aren’t trained well enough to work with children (getting angry with kids for acting like kids) or how to communicate appropriately with parents. Had so many problems here and not a single one since choosing another facility.

  I’m using a second account because I would rather stay anonymous. But this place really sucks to be honest. The workers are horrible at communication about things and they are honestly pretty rude. Everyday my son comes home with bumps, bruises and scratches that they have no explanation for. They also talk very poorly about the children because I know some teachers on the inside that talk about their concern with that. I am looking for another school for my son now but I can’t wait to get out of here. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

  I was hesitant to send my child to daycare because I was nervous to leave her with strangers. Shayler Kindercare was understanding of my nerves and allowed me to visit before her start date to meet her teachers. Once she started, I quickly learned how loving all teachers are to the children. They are not strangers even though that was my fear. Everyone knows my child’s name and I know most don’t see her in a teaching standpoint. They just make it a point to get to know each child, regardless if they are in their class or not. Both Ashley’s (school directors) and Ms. Kaitlyn and Calysta have made the transition to daycare seamless for my child and myself! As she transitions to each class, I know she will get the best care.
