Dr. J is an amazing professor and truly one of the reasons students succeed. His teaching style makes complex material easier to understand, and he genuinely cares about his students and their growth. Even during a challenging term, his encouragement, made a huge difference for me. He creates a positive learning environment and pushes students to do their best while still being approachable and understanding. Hondros is lucky to have professors like him, and I’m very grateful I had the opportunity to learn from him

I can’t say enough about Dr J. He goes above and beyond for his students, not only in the classroom but in life. He truly pushes us to reach our full potential in nursing school, challenging us to do better while giving us the support we need to succeed. He holds us accountable in a way that motivates growth, teaching us responsibility, discipline, and resilience. His dedication shows that he genuinely cares about our success—not just as future nurses, but as individuals. I’m truly grateful to have a teacher who inspires us daily to become the best versions of ourselves.

This program is not for the weak. You have to stay focused and find the balance because if you don’t life will get the best of you. I wanted to give up but after speaking to some of the great staff I decided to stay and finish. I still have a way to go but I am and will be that RN GRADUATE. LOL AND WHEN YOU NEED TO CRY DEAN WILLIAMS HAS A COUCH AND BLANKET IN HER OFFICE. #RNLOADING. Akron

During my time I had some setbacks which lead me to doing their LPN program for 2 years and when I was granted my reinstatement to finish ONE class that I had trouble with, I found out I wasn’t able to make the drive. I let them know that I wasn’t able to make the drive and I got nothing in return. The school has an online option and I’ve been over their Student handbook many times and no where did I find that in person attendance was required after you are reinstated. It’s a gray area. Though you’re supposed to sign a new enrollment form which I was never asked to do in the few times I had to be reinstated, I was asked to sign an academic advisement form. I would do your research thoroughly. As a mom in her mid 30’s more than half including staff don’t act like adults. Students cheat on exams and use course hero or each others HW to get the credit and they don’t actually grade the hw. Just as long as it’s completed you get the credit for it. They say you can’t find the exams online but you can. It’s not a bad program. But they care more about get students through then helping the ones that have any type of disabilities. They advise you to get a note from your Dr stating you need accommodation but that’s only good for exams. But for the $, I’m in debt over $20k and nothing to show for it because no one wanted to return an email. Do your research.
