  I was impressed when I got accepted to Lincoln Tech. The campus and program both look excellent, and everything started off smoothly. My only real issue was with the Financial Aid department. The staff seemed constantly rushed and eager to get me to sign documents as quickly as possible. They lacked professionalism, showed little patience for questions, and gave off the impression they just wanted to move on to the next person. I wish they had been more understanding and helpful instead of treating the process so impersonally. The school itself has strong potential, but the financial aid experience was disappointing.

  Lincoln Tech – Strong Program, Disappointing Financial Aid Experience I recently enrolled at Lincoln Tech and was initially impressed. The school appears well-organized, the facilities look excellent, and the overall admissions process went smoothly. Everything about the program itself seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience with the Financial Aid department was extremely frustrating. Staff members appeared rushed and focused primarily on getting paperwork signed as quickly as possible. There was little patience for questions, and the process felt impersonal and unprofessional. Instead of providing clear guidance and taking the time to ensure I fully understood my options, I encountered rushed interactions, poor communication, and what felt like an attitude of wanting to move on to the next student. I had hoped for a more understanding and supportive approach during what is already a stressful part of the enrollment process. Greater patience, professionalism, and transparency from the financial aid team would make a significant difference. Overall Rating: The school itself shows strong potential, but I can only rate the Financial Aid department 0/10.
